Amazing staff and great hotel Osama at the Olympic bar was so helpful and friendly. Very good at mixing cocktails! Ahmed (Lifeguard) was also super helpful Only downside was the White Elephant no longer being À la carte.

Great hotel for families with small kids 2 kids pools with slides that are heated loads of sunbeds available and comfortable . Lifeguards around the pools are very watchful which is good as a parent. Grounds are well kept. Hotel very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable in need of a refresh soon. Our cleaner was superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Food is decent for buffet style but this hotel is let down by the lack of à la carte opinions for lunch or dinner it says 8 restaurants but in reality it’s 8 areas serving similar buffet style. Sadly a week of this gets quite repetitive always found something to eat though. Mini golf, padel, table tennis, tennis, pool all available on site FOC. Evening entertainment also very good some real effort put in. Also I wish this hotel and others would make some outside areas non smoking ppl want to sit outside but not have ppl smoking around them. Used the spa to get a massage 50 mins £40 was really good and worth the money. Overall really nice hotel for a week of sun! Cons Gym needs to open earlier for people that want to get in before the kids are up. Needs à la carte offerings saying 8 restaurants but just one big buffet restaurant really. Needs non smoking areas outside for eating

Am currently into our two week stay (leaving 02/05/26) We stay here every year and they up their game always improving the hotel and amenities Would definitely recommend to both couples and families, this hotel offers everything for everyone. We have already booked again for next year and know it will be even more amazing than it already is. Can not fault anything about it here Staff, cleanliness,guest relations Nothing is too much to ask for The spa is under new management and is excellent Now called Omega Spa Massages are to die for, can't comment on other treatments as I only ever book the massages Not looking forward to leaving but excited about returning next year Well done RAM

Absolutely magic ,the rooms ,restaurants, the amenities staff and service. From the moment we arrived greeted at reception quick check in ,bags taken to room and from there nothing to much for anyone be back again
