Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Resort

Have just returned from an 8 night stay at this hotel and from start to finish we had a great time. Travelled as a family of 5 and was given 2 rooms a couple of doors apart which wasn't a problem. The rooms were nice and were cleaned to a high standard everyday and water topped up on a daily basis. I used the laundry service and this was brilliant, collected in the morning and delivered back by 5pm the same day, excellent value for money! The food was excellent, there is literally something for everyone and you will never go hungry. The food in the fish restaurant was exceptional and Ramadan the chef was really friendly. The waiting staff were very friendly too, attentive and always ensured we had drinks. I liked how they sang happy birthday, making the persons birthday extra special. I got a coffee and a cake every morning from the coffee shop onsite and the barista's were excellent and they coffee very good! Cakes excellent and so much choice! The pool areas were brilliant and there was something for everyone. The beach area was very nice and the walk on the jetty was worth it when you got to the end as the water and fish were beautiful. Scooby aka Reuben was brilliant, was very chatty and helpful and a great member of the entertainment team. The staff at the pool bar were excellent, very hard working and so so friendly. A special shoutout to Mahmoud who always ensured our drinks were topped up! Very good entertainment each night. There really isn't anything negative to say about the hotel, we all had a brilliant time and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing family fun holiday!

Absolutely had a great stay our first time in Egypt very helpful staff lots of different food choices .lovely room had problem with safe and a new one installed straight away .

Hotel is very nice, variety of food is great, its super clean, beach it self worth everything with is own beautiful coral rife! The only thing is not many options on cocktails but its still have everything for fun! Room service is so nice, for small tip they made something nice from towels and flowers, super sweet!

Another fantastic stay at the RAM .Fantastic experience and staff out of this world all the staff can’t do enough for you .The reception manager Mr Sayed sorted our rooms out without any problems.Great room with walk in shower,kept very clean by our cleaner Mohamed Metoaly who went all and beyond and couldn’t do enough for you ,a big thank you Mohamed.All the bar staff restaurant staff well done.We have been here many times and can’t wait until December when we return again.

We were a family from Sweden, two adults and three children. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed in a very warm and friendly way by the reception staff, Bassem Gergis and Joe Gergis. They were extremely helpful, always smiling, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were just as friendly and professional. The food was excellent at all the restaurants, and both the breakfast and dinner had a great variety and very good quality. The pool staff were also very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Sharm & Aqua Park. If I return myself, or if anyone from Sweden asks me for a recommendation, this hotel will absolutely be my first suggestion.
