She has excellent experience in massage therapy and provides treatment in a highly professional and therapeutic manner. Rooms well cleaned when arrived service top notch and entertainment was amazing

We came all the way from Canada to visit Egypt and staying at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were really impressed with how incredibly clean and well maintained the entire resort is. Really one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. We stayed there, and one of our kids had a little accident in the middle of the night. In a matter of minutes, a staff member was at our door, and within a short time all the bed linens had been changed with a smile. The staff were amazing so friendly fast and professional. The pools are well maintained and in perfect conditions. As parents, we especially appreciated that there was always a lifeguard on duty, which gave us peace of mind while our children were enjoying the water. The food was excellent. There was always a great variety to choose from, and everything was fresh and plentiful. The kitchen staff were always friendly, smiling and happy to accommodate special requests including food allergies. It's the people that make this resort special. The entire staff works so hard to make sure their guests have the best experience possible and it shows in every detail. Our family and I really did leave a piece of our hearts at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna. We made unforgettable memories here and promised ourselves that we would return one day. I can't compare it to the other resorts in the area but I can say that Pickalbatros Royal Moderna is a true 5 star resort in every sense. Great location, and snorkeling was great. All the staff is amazing. Food was okay, wish more Ala carte. No pushiness and there is loads of kindness from all staff.
