Overall, there were some genuinely positive parts of the holiday. The staff were helpful when we raised issues, although the service felt more reactive than proactive. The pools and hotel facilities were excellent, and the all-inclusive food was perfectly fine. We certainly did not go hungry. The drinks were below average, but acceptable in the context of an all-inclusive hotel. The transfer from the airport to the hotel, and back again, was easy and well organised. The easyHoliday staff at pick-up and drop-off were also helpful, which made the travel side of the trip straightforward. Unfortunately, there were several significant negatives which affected the overall experience. The biggest issue was the handling of an egg allergy. Food was not clearly labelled, and waiters gave incorrect information, which resulted in illness twice. For a hotel catering to families and international guests, this was very concerning and made eating feel stressful rather than relaxing. Our room was also a long way from the main pool area, which made daily trips back and forth inconvenient, especially with children. We were also disappointed to discover that the waterslides required children to be 130cm tall, but this was not made clear at the time of booking, despite the holiday being advertised as suitable for families with young children. Another major downside was the constant selling around the pool. We were repeatedly approached by people trying to sell massages, scuba trips, beauty treatments, safaris and other services, all apparently connected to the hotel. On the first day alone, I was approached three times before even finding a sunlounger. By Day 3, I had been interrupted more than 40 times. Even after saying “no”, some sellers continued to push. We eventually had to get a “Do not disturb” sign simply to be left alone, although even then a few people still tried. There were also issues with other guests. Some children were left largely unsupervised by their parents and were disruptive, aggressive and rude. This, combined with very loud guests allowing children to scream and bang doors at 2am, made the hotel feel far less relaxing than expected. Finally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, which affected our sleep throughout the stay. In summary, the hotel has strong facilities, good pools and a convenient transfer experience, but the allergy handling, constant selling, poor sleep quality and lack of guest control made the holiday far more stressful than it should have been.

Having just returned from this amazing hotel for the 4th time, from checkin to checkout we had an amazing time, some new things this year, the bakery was a new addition which was lovely, so much choice. The tagine is now an Italian and a new restaurant being built near the beach, the staff really make this holiday and always welcome you back, it was disappointing though to see everybody we knew had been moved around but we did see everybody after going looking for them, Ali and Ahmed at the top pool always looked after us, it was a shame wafy was down the bottom pool but we did see him, also in the evening mohammed in the relax bar was lovely and welcomed us back.we missed mohammed on the egg station for breakfast as he went on holiday after our first morning but was nice to see him on our first day. Breakfast and lunch was always good, evening meal was a bit repetitive but always something to eat, I would prefer the ice cream to still be inside as it seems to be quite soft being served outside, one tip for taxis I would go to main front gate as hotel taxi is alot more expensive. Thankyou to tariq our cleaner, he was always attentive and left us decoration on the bed . Thankyou to all the staff for helping us have a good holiday. Also the cleaners and gardeners who look after the hotel and grounds you do an amazing job !!

Absolutely amazing hotel with the staff making everything the perfect holiday also the food is A1 and everything so clean its a real treat and booking for next year

Very friendly and helpful staff, top quality and high guest orientation. Absolutely clean and very good maintened. The Hotel grounds are wonderful. I'm here not for the first time and I can tell that Hotel ist always getting better and better and they Make improvements. Highly recommend!

The hotel claims it is a 5 star, however it is far from a 5 star resort. Our room was dirty full of dust, the bathroom looked like it needed a serious clean. We arrived in the evening and rather than being able to relax in our room we were left to wait asking for the our room to be changed which it couldn’t, in the end we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The food for a 5 star hotel is very poor. They claim to have 5+ restaurants however it’s more like one massive buffet with repetitive food every night. Theres zero guidance for new guests to show facilities or entertainment which is on. You’re literally left to find things out. Very poor hotel and definitely NOT a 5 star. Overall disappointing! Would not recommend
