Amazing hotel with the most welcoming & helpful staff. Tarek is super friendly & great with children!! Pools are amazing, food is great. Second time coming & we will come again!

Lobby bar, service excellent, branded spirits, staff friendly and notice when drinks have finished and remember what you drinks you had.

First mention has to be to the gardeners for a magnificent job, the gardens are just wonderful , so clean and pretty with intricate bushes and lovely flowers. We went to Rixos for Easter, we had 5 rooms for 14 people and we tried to get reception to keep us together so we were attributed rooms in block 19; this is the worse of the blocks with an awful view of the side of the entertainment arena ( we didn’t even bother to sit on the balcony), and the noise was so loud each evening until 11.30 which wasn’t too much a problem for us as we were having drinks with our family most evening but we also had young children in our party and they asked to be moved . Our hotel room was a very big disappointment, it was so dated ! All the furniture was old and ugly, the flooring too, the sliding doors to the balcony didn’t look like they closed or locked properly, the bathroom didn’t have a door, instead, it had 2 cubicles, one with a shower one with a toilet ( but frosted glass doors); the shower door opened on the inside! How silly is that ? The only positive is that the towels were nice, thick and big and there was coffee and tea making facilities. The chocolate bars in the small fridge was a nice touch too ( we did have bags of crisps too but with really obscure flavors so we didn’t have them) The buffet restaurant ( turquoise) was huge and there was a lot of options but it didn’t do it for me , that said, everyone else in our party enjoyed it. We were not able to book an à la carte restaurant for the first 3 nights which was disappointing but we managed to book the following 4 nights ( the BBQ was very enjoyable; the Brazilian was AMAZING, People’s was ok and the Italian was nice ( very nice surroundings and we had fun celebrating our son’s birthday with the help of the staff and a very long musical “Happy Birthday “ song ) The drinks were fine, even the red wine was reasonable and most soft drinks were served in cans. The alcoholic beverages were not named brands though ! The service was mainly good, however, out of 7 dinners, we found 3 times where the staff ( having been made aware of the size of our party in advance) would offer us 2 tables in a fairly empty restaurant ! we would have to insist to be seated together ( and we did - always); I just can’t understand the reasoning: I can’t believe it is stupidity so I can only imagine that it is a way of making us think that they are moving mountains for us , but mostly irritating! As with most AI hôtels, the coffee was not great except for the lovely coffee and ice cream hut near the beach, very nice indeed and the ice creams there were nice too and served with homemade cones. The resort is huge but there are numerous golf buggies going up and down all the time. Some of us went ( via buggies) to Rixos adults only , much of the same, just quieter ! The evening entertainment was superb; the quality of the acts was so professional, from the dancers or performers, the costumes , music and choreography! With something different every night! Bravo, by far the best evening entertainment we have seen out of all our AI holidays to date ( and we go away 3-4 times a year) Altogether a wonderful holiday, what a shame that the rooms were so disappointing!

Absolutely amazing place! Outstanding service throughout entire hotel ! Ahmed and Mahmoud are amazing lifeguards who kept us safe at taken care of at the fountain pool area. Every area is spotless clean, plenty facilities for kids and food and drinks are delicious! We cant wait to come back ! Thank you ☺️ ♥️
