Rixos Premium Seagate

This was the third time in 2 years when we visited Rixos Premium Seagate hotel and we will definitely return next year. The customer service is excellent, many restaurants to enjoy, so much activities to do with kids and spectacular entertainment for adults. Our top choice for school holiday vacation!

We had a wonderful day at the beach! The service was excellent, and Mohamed took great care of us throughout the day. Thank you for being so attentive and making our day so enjoyable!

We had a fantastic stay here with our family. The water slides were amazing and never busy with queues, all the staff at reception and in the a la carte restaurants were very attentive. The food was great and the pools were clean. The service was impeccable everywhere, including at the pools and bars. We will definitely be back!

We visited the Brazilian restaurant to celebrate a birthday. It did not disappoint. The food and ambiance were fantastic. Staff were kind, very generous with the food and extremely responsive to dietary requirements and preferences. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Amazing Family Holiday – The Staff Make This Resort Special! We've had a fantastic family holiday at Rixos Premium Seagate, and while the resort itself is beautiful, what really makes this place special is the incredible staff. A very special thank you to Muhammad at Turquoise Restaurant (downstairs), who has been absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. He always remembers our drinks and often brings them over before we even have to ask! He's also been incredibly thoughtful towards our son, Gianni, remembering his dietary requirements and going out of his way to make sure he has dairy-free options. It's this kind of personal attention that really makes a difference. Another big thank you to Yesi at Rixy Club, who took the time to teach Gianni some drumming techniques. He absolutely loved it! It's wonderful to see someone taking a genuine interest in the children and making their holiday that little bit more memorable. We also want to mention Mahmoud from Block 6 housekeeping, who has been fantastic. Our room has always been spotless, the towel decorations have been a lovely touch, and he even knocks every evening to check whether we need anything else. His attention to detail and genuine kindness haven't gone unnoticed. We'd also like to give a special mention to the security guards stationed at the main entrance gate of the resort. Every time we've passed through, they've been incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They're among the first people guests encounter when arriving and some of the last when leaving, and their warm attitude makes a fantastic impression. They deserve recognition for the way they welcome and assist guests every day. As restaurant owners ourselves, we understand how much hard work goes on behind the scenes to deliver excellent hospitality. We also know that great service isn't just about doing your job well; it's about making guests feel genuinely looked after. The staff here have certainly achieved that. Rixos Premium Seagate is a beautiful resort with fantastic facilities, but ultimately it's the people who make the difference. Thank you to Muhammad, Yesi, Mahmoud, the security guards at the main entrance and everyone else who helped make our family holiday so special. We leave with some wonderful memories and would happily return!
