My booking was for a suite on the first day and two separate rooms for the remaining days. Despite having confirmed reservations, I lost almost an entire day waiting for the room change. I had also requested an extra bed before my arrival, yet on the first day it took around 4 hours to arrive. The next day, I waited 6 hours for the room change, and after finally moving rooms, I had to wait another 3 hours for the extra bed, even though it had already been requested in advance. The reception staff rarely answer calls, and the overall service is extremely slow. In addition, the restaurants are always fully booked, and even room service — despite the extra charges — takes far longer than promised. They say 45 minutes, but in reality it takes nearly 2 hours. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

It was our first trip to Egipt. We made a good decision to choose a new incredible Rixos Radamis hotel in Sharm el Sheikh. Our stay at this place was amazing. We were found of its huge gorgeous territory. You can visit any location using comfortable shuttle buses. There are a lot of bars and restaurants with the highest atmosphere and service. Room service is always on time. Kids were happy with the entertainment program. Evening shows were unbelievable and colourful. We definitely recommend this hotel and give it the highest grade. Many thanks to barmen Ayman at the Sea water pool near the beach! Special respect and appreciation to Marwa who is the front office manager at the Terrana building where we stayed!
