I have been a repeated guest at Rixos Radamis since 2024, and this is my third visit. On annual basis in September I reserve 2 rooms at the hotel. This time the rooms were 8116 & 8134. As always, the warm hospitality began from the moment I made the reservation. Mr. Fady was extremely cooperative ensuring a smooth reservation experience. Upon my arrival, I received an exceptional treatment whereby one of my rooms was upgraded to a Family Room (at no extra charge). A big Thank You to the Reservation Outstanding Team: Mr. Ahmed El-Sawy (whom has done a fantastic job selecting his supporting team) Mr. Ahmed Kamel Ms. Aliaa Ibrahim. Even though my flight arrived at 7:00 AM, they made a tremendous effort to have the two rooms ready for us along with the upgrade. I also cannot forget Ramadan from Housekeeping, who kept my room sparkling clean. Unfortunately, an "unpleasant" incident occurred involving my mother, but Dina Ibrahim stepped in at lightning speed. She handled the issue as if it were her own personal problem and put in an extraordinary effort to resolve it in a way that was very satisfying for both my mother and myself. In compensation for the incident a classy gift of a free of charge late check-out for both rooms was given. As usual, it was a wonderful vacation. My review might be biased because I genuinely consider this hotel my second home! Looking forward , my family and myself, in sha Allah to our next visit Sep 2027!
