Rixos Radamis Oasis Hotel

the food and service at wabi sabi was spectacular! they were really accommodating with us and the kids! the food was great too! special thanks to the staff there. Our babysitter, Radwa at kids club was also incredible with the kids! she kept them so busy and entertained and sent up to date photos and videos of the kids having fun throughout!

It’s our 2nd time in a row in Radamis. Before we were at Rixos Sea Gate 4 times. We have noticed that the service has decreased significantly. 1) 5 days in a row in different time there were no towels on the different towel stations near the beach. Maybe you should provide more towels? Sunbeds aswell were occupied, you should add extra. 2) we stayed at beach cluster and last year experienced different buffets, only sapphire restaurant was with great variety of food. So we didn’t even try to change our choice. But the waiters, they are doing bad! They forget what they were asked. It’s our 5th day here now and each time we had to ask thrice for our beverages and we got water and juice only after we finished meal. That’s bad. we asked for water and strawberry juice. We got juice but with no straw and water with no glasses. After asking glasses, waiter brought another juice we didn’t order. It seems like they don’t care what you’ve asked. And do what’s comfortable for them. 3) internet is not stable. Hard to work. especially at the room in 17th block.all the time you don’t know whether your Zoom call will be successful or no. 4) “Corner” restaurant is not on the map. And not all staff knows where it is. And it even has no sign on it. And it’s assumed to be American cuisine restaurant, but it’s not. What is supposed to be American beef is like regular one, not tasty at all. Risotto, lamb, bao, bowl - are definitely not American. And here aswell. I asked for 1 black tea, waiter brought 4!!! We asked for virgin mojito, waiter forgot. After reminding he brought us blue mojitos! Maybe he thought it’s ok to do what he wants. But it’s not ok. I would like to get what I ordered and be asked if something will be altered. 5) too many people. Overcrowded. There not enough space at buffet. You have to open a new buffet at the beach Pluses vs previous year -New places, new restaurants -All the palm are finally green, not dried -Aqua park zone is great. Fresh and not usual water slides, arranged for different ages👍🏻 access gates at the entrance mean it’s gonna be for extra charge?
