Rixos Radamis Oasis Hotel

I don’t usually leave reviews however due to the exceptional service I received in the Saphire buffet restaurant I feel it’s only fair that this boy is complemented on the amazing service he delivers and hooe he is recognised by management as he should be. Moustafa the waiter who works in the middle section of this restaurant is absolutely fantastic and so attentive. He works so hard and his professional manner and hard work is nothing short of outstanding. I know many staff soeak some English however this boys is brilliant. I really hope management see this as this boy should be recognised for promotion. My family actually cancelled reservations in the Al carte restaurants as we received superior service here. Food was top class i would highly recommend

This was our first visit to Egypt having travelled to Dubai Abu Dhabi far east and reading some negative reviews I was a little sceptical about this hotel. Some of the pros about the hotel: We were upgraded on check in to a family room The chefs were very accommodating with food and occasionally made us and our kids vegetarian items off the menu. All the staff are lovely from the housekeeping people to the waiting staff to the bar staff. Everyone gave amazing service and we really appreciated it. The à la carte restaurants were really good we tried cactus rasam and Olivio Cons I would say: Buggy service it’s a really large resort so when people want to move around the buggy service is used but at times u would be waiting ages for a buggy or people would push in. There needs to be some queuing system in place of the buggies or have more running more frequently to ensure u are keeping up with the demand Other guests this is probably something that is not in control of the hotel. But some Guest were vey rude and believed they were better than others didn’t queue felt they were VIPs I did see some chefs tell people to go to the back of a queue if they were pushing in but there not much you can do about others and there lack of manners. Overall we had a great stay at the Rixos Radamis the staff are lovely yes the resort is big but it’s manageable we did not have to wait for tables at mealtimes food did not run out and we all had a great time. We were vegetarians and did not struggle with food options. Thank you for making our stay pleasant
