Very good food and service A very nice restaurant

The hotel is nice, but it falls far short of Rixos. The staff is focused on Russian-speaking guests. I received a burnt egg for breakfast, and when I asked for a new one, I was told that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to eat it. At the Mandarin a la carte restaurant, we were completely ignored. Our reservation was for 8:30 PM, but the kitchen closes at 9 PM, and by 8:45 PM, no one even took our order, so we left frustrated and hungry. This is unacceptable in a premium hotel for $350/night. The hotel hasn't responded to my emails asking for an explanation. I'm glad I'm leaving. I've been to Egypt dozens of times, and I've never experienced this kind of treatment, even in much lower-priced hotels. Thank you, Rixos. We recommend this hotel! We love Turquoise restaurant a lol! Service is very good, they are very helpfull!la carte restaurants are great ! Guest relations and receptionist are very helpfull we will back. We love kids club, everything is great
