The staff is amazing, from the restaurants and beach bar, Handy and his team do a great job. There is a great varieties of drinks and the cocktails are really good. I would recommend Rixos Radamis to everyone

First time visiting Egypt. Rixos radamis is good if you have young kids. But most activities have to be booked a hour before I went two days to book the go kart. There was no queuing system and everyone just pushes in. The restaurant booking system is also unreliable . There was no availability and if your staying there over a week you might get to eat on one of the restaurants. It said to book a week in advance. How is that possible if you’ve only gone there for a week. The buggy system again is a shamble. I waited ages to jump on to get from tirana side to blue planet. Nobody cares you been waiting before everyone in the heat with a baby. Its a fight to get on. Rixos needs to put some kind of system in place to run this smoothly. I felt like the russians were prioritised then the english people. You’d ask for your table to be cleaned but then someone will come and speak in their language and your left to wait. Abit ridiculous. Overall the poolside drink huts was good. Waterpark was good. Room cleaning service was very good. Not sure about the bathroom. My shower area had no safe place to wash my little baby so wasn't sure how it was more for the children. The grout had all mould and lights was not working.

Excellent hotel, great service, and very clean. Highly recommended!
