Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh

I am a 6th time guest at Rixos Radamis. I know perfectly well how it was. Everything really WAS good... but this time I am very angry! 1. the order - the basic room order is really not good... I don't know if the flow of people is too high or what is the problem but it seems that the quality is changing significantly. 2. I wouldn't have written a comment here if I hadn't tried to solve the problem with the service staff before, but they probably don't care. They don't find the message and don't solve the problem after 2-5 days. So how many days should your vacation be? 3. I was most horrified when, after waiting in line for fried shrimp, I got 5 shrimps... I raise twins... who definitely won't stand in line to get shrimps... is this normal in a 5-star hotel? Maybe start counting the pieces of fish that I put on the plate? The main thing is that I kept waiting until they brought me more shrimps - the idea is one with contempt. I felt like I was asking for something that didn't belong to me. in my opinion the hotel can't handle the flow of people anymore. a hotel with many pluses that I have always praised, recommended in my country, but I think I will think carefully about whether to come back for the 7th time because I am very disappointed! Just checked into our holiday and very impressed with the stay so far! We received a complimentary room upgrade to a sea view. We also loved the variety at breakfast lots of fresh fruit and pastries. The resort is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful

Oh, I loved this place. A great place. Beautiful surroundings and very nice new rooms in the Beach building. The food in all restaurants is excellent. Fresh fruit cocktails, a wide variety of food, seafood, and even the desserts were very delicious. The territory is large, and the staff is very helpful.

Great entertainment and amazing team We really enjoyed the entertainment program at Rixos Radamis. The daytime activities were fun and the evening shows were vibrant and well organized. The animation team created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the stay. Special thanks to Nabila for her kindness, positive energy, and the great effort she puts into making guests happy.
