Our stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely amazing! 🌟 We had the most wonderful family vacation, and I highly recommend this resort to everyone. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the luxury, cleanliness, and perfect organization to the outstanding service. The Rixy Kids Club was fantastic and made our kids’ holiday unforgettable. They had so much fun every single day! A very special thank you to the management for the complimentary room upgrade. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The only thing we wish is that we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Rixos Radamis, for creating such beautiful memories for our family. We will definitely be back! ❤️

As we prepare to leave Rixos Radamis today after an incredible two-week stay, we wanted to share our experience. Overall, we have had a fantastic family holiday. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of Mohammed, Front of House Supervisor at Blue Planet. I met him during a previous visit to Sharm El Sheikh in November, and his genuine enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of the resort—particularly the incredible Rixy Kids Club—completely convinced me to book. Thanks to his recommendation, we have had an amazing holiday, and I cannot thank him enough. The resort itself is stunning, beautifully designed and offers fantastic facilities for families. The Rixy Kids Club is one of the best children’s clubs we have experienced and has been a huge highlight for our toddler. The food throughout our stay has been exceptional. Every à la carte restaurant exceeded our expectations. The **Italian Restaurant** was outstanding, with excellent food and an exceptional manager who made every visit memorable. The **Lebanese Restaurant** was equally impressive, serving authentic, delicious food, and the chef deserves special recognition for the outstanding quality of every dish. We would also like to thank **Imad** at Veranda Restaurant, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Several members of staff truly stood out. **Mohammed** at Blue Planet was the reason we booked this resort and remained incredibly helpful throughout our stay. **Mohammed, the Night Manager**, was always kind, he offered us a late check out & was approachable and professional. **Maria** from Guest Relations (Blue Planet) was exceptional—she listened, genuinely cared, and did everything she could to resolve our concerns. **Mina** and **Sama** also provided excellent customer service and were always friendly, welcoming and approachable. As this is a relatively new resort, there are still some areas where the service could be improved. Unfortunately, my experience with **Habiba** from Guest Relations was consistently disappointing and was not limited to the incident where my shoes were taken from the children’s club. Our difficulties actually began with the booking of our à la carte restaurants. Despite confirming my reservations, they were unexpectedly changed due to a misunderstanding, even though I had never cancelled them. From that point onwards, I found every interaction with her to be abrupt, dismissive and lacking the warmth expected from a front-of-house representative. When my shoes later went missing, I found myself repeatedly chasing for updates instead of being proactively kept informed. I even had to suggest basic actions such as checking the CCTV, identifying the family involved and informing Reception before they checked out so the matter could be resolved. As a guest, I felt I was having to suggest the next steps rather than Guest Relations taking ownership of the situation. I also shared our message exchanges with Maria because I felt the communication I had received from Habiba was unnecessarily abrupt and lacked professionalism. What made this even more disappointing was that throughout our stay, Habiba rarely acknowledged us when we walked past Guest Relations, and even on the day of our departure, while we were sitting in reception, there was no greeting or enquiry as to whether everything had been resolved or whether we had enjoyed our stay. In complete contrast, Maria, Mina and Sama consistently demonstrated the level of customer service expected from a five-star Rixos resort. During our stay, we also spoke with several British guests who independently shared similar concerns regarding the consistency of the Guest Relations service. I genuinely believe further customer service and communication training would benefit some members of the team, as every guest should feel welcomed, listened to and valued regardless of where they are from. Another area that would benefit from improvement is the buggy shuttle service. Although the resort is huge and the buggies are a fantastic idea, drivers frequently stopped wherever guests flagged them down rather than at the designated bus stops. This often meant families with pushchairs and young children were left waiting at the proper stops for 10–15 minutes while buggies passed by. A more consistent approach would greatly improve the guest experience. Compared with Rixos Seagate, this resort has enormous potential. It is larger, beautifully designed and offers outstanding facilities, but the overall service has room to reach the same exceptional standard. Despite these few areas for improvement, we have genuinely had a wonderful holiday. The beautiful surroundings, outstanding restaurants, fantastic children’s facilities and the exceptional hospitality from Mohammed at Blue Planet, Mohammed the Night Manager, Maria, Imad, Mina and Summer have made our stay truly memorable. Also Jamal at blue planet bar was amazing .. always helping us and smiling. A great asset to Rixos
