Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh

We arrived today, and our first impressions are: 1. We are staying in the Beach building, and the rooms are very nice; we have a sea view. 2. The restaurant is quite chaotic, with no free tables available, although the food is fairly good. 3. There aren’t enough sun loungers by the pool. We were surprised that the towel attendants only hand out towels and don’t help move or arrange the loungers. The resort is beautiful and clean, but it feels overcrowded, and the service quality is comparable to that of an average chain hotel. Last year we stayed at Steigenberger Alcazar, and the level of service is like night and day in comparison—and definitely not in favor of Rixos Radamis.
