Another fabulous Rixos hotel which is part of the Accor group. It is the first time that we have stayed in Egypt as we usually stay at the Rixos on the Palm in Dubai and the Rixos in Abu Dhabi. We stayed in room 21007 which was perfect as it has a sea view with a private garden and private pool. So relaxing and calm. Ahmed Hamdy looked after us and kept our room immaculate with a fully stocked mini bar daily. He looked after us so well and like all of the staff his service was first class. The cleanliness of the room every single day was amazing and he was so polite and helpful all of the time. Although he is a younger member of staff you can see Ahmed takes great pride in his work and it is clear he just wants you to have the most amazing holiday. He is an asset to the team and we are sure he will go far. All of the staff play such a good part in promoting the Rixos brand and it is so clear to see that they enjoy what they do. Many restaurants and bars to choose from. Our favourites were the Italian, Turkish, fish and Indian restaurant. We also had access to the executive lounge where we have had lunch and dinner and the food is amazing. Bassam (host) and Ahmed (chef) looked after us superbly and the food and service was absolutely amazing. Mohammed looked after us in the fish restaurant as well as the Italian on the 6th March. Mahmoud served us for drinks in the Italian and was very attentive not just to us but all of the guests. The manager of the Italian looked after us so well and he runs a good team who made sure that all of their guests were having a good time. The manager of the Turkish restaurant was so good and what an amazing restaurant with a gorgeous sea view. It is perfect if you want to try a different but fabulous menu. Ramadan from guest relations looked after us so well and booked restaurants, organised things and made sure we had everything we needed. All done through a what's app group and it made it so much easier to make sure that we got booked in to restaurants and that you know everything you need to know about the resort from day 1. He was certainly a great asset to have access to at any time and was always quick to respond and help. He certainly made our holiday experience a very enjoyable one. Thank you to all of the staff and the behind the scene staff for making the hotel memorable. The management team should be so proud of all of your efforts and they should be proud of themselves for making all of this happen. Another enjoyable holiday being part of the Rixos family.

Me and my husband came to rixos adults only end of feb 26 and from the minute we arrived we fell in love with this complex hotel and its people. The staff are incredible they're friendly happy and always ready to help nothing is too much trouble. The room in block 3 was lovely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfy too. Our cleaner Aly was fabulous always did a lovely job and was so friendly and helpful. All the buggy guys were great can't remember names sorry. The food was outstanding 👌 from the main buffet to the ala carts Our favourite was the mangal & the Turkish. I also loved the latte from the coffee shop and main reception lounge... yum 😋. Pool was great Although at times was hard to find a bed I did find alot off people do the whole reserve thing!! For hours! However pool attendants pretty good at monitoring this and will get you get a lounger if the hoggers haven't returned after the stated time!! Alcoholic drinks were okay I didn't drink much so didn't venture much on that side of things. Overall we absolutely loved our vacation here and will definitely be coming back. Definitely 5* Thankyou Rixos ☺️

We will definitely be back! All was amazing, and Ramadan in the reception crew was very helpful! Food and alkohol was good quality. There was a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and lunch at the beach.
