Our stay at Steigenberger Alcazar was absolutely unforgettable from the first moment until the very last day. Everything was beyond perfect — the hotel is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, the food was amazing, and every detail made us feel special and welcomed. What truly made this experience exceptional was the outstanding service and hospitality from the team, especially Esraa Mohamed. She is honestly one of the best hotel staff members we have ever met. From the beginning, she treated us with so much kindness, care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Esraa went above and beyond to make our honeymoon and anniversary celebration magical. She arranged everything perfectly, helped us with every detail, gave us the best recommendations, and made us feel like VIP guests during our entire stay. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and beautiful way of dealing with guests are truly rare. Steigenberger Alcazar is very lucky to have someone like Esraa Mohamed on their team because she is truly a valuable asset to the hotel. Stayed for our 40th Wedding anniversary in June. It is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in, from the stunning entrance, to the quality of the food in both the a la carte and Buffet Restaurants and the attentiveness of all the staff. The room was very spacious and had both a bath and separate shower. Everything was modern and well equipped. The cleanliness of the room and restaurants was excellent and the grounds were immaculately kept. We arrived late and after unpacking went to the lobby bar for a sandwich which was fresh even though the time was 1:30 am.
