Short stay in our favourite hotel. (14th time) Ecxellent staff ! Relaxing time ! Hope to be back in November 2026.

We visited first in Dec 2025 for my daughters 30th birthday and had a great time. They couldn’t do enough, she ended up with about 4 birthday cakes. We were so impressed we came back in April. Guest relations helped us get the same room as December. We ate in all the à la cartes but also did buffet for lunch a couple of days. I’ve never eaten so much food in my life. All the staff were incredible and looked after us so well. Special mention to Waheed at the beach bar who made sure we were well watered. All the staff were incredible. We were lucky to be invited to the gala dinner where we met all the Managers and had a lovely meal. Each one of them was passionate about pleasing guests. Drinks are not international but honestly everything was very drinkable. They have stepped up the entertainment which was better than December. Wouldn’t hesitate to return (we rarely every return to same place), lovely relaxing week with great food and sun.

What a superb hotel this is, if it could have more than 5 stars we would give it. The hotel and grounds are very well maintained to a very high standard. Our room near the beach was luxurious and very clean. The beach which we prefer had plenty of beds and shade and we were very well looked after by the lifeguards doing mattresses and towels and the beach bar staff making sure we had liquid refreshments and they did crisps and ice cream. The buffet restaurant exceeded our expectations, the food and drinks were definitely more than 5 star. Special thanks to all the staff that made our holiday very special. Naming just a few in the buffet restaurant is :- Osama Tolba, Chef, Ahmed Mahfouz, Alaa our waiters and Emad Soliman Restaurant Manager. We will certainly be back in 2027.

I want to start by saying the hotel itself is stunning — the facilities, and setting are all excellent. Which makes what happened during our stay all the more disappointing and frankly, alarming. Food was poor, the breakfast probably the worst of them all, we all had stomach issues during the visit, so did other visitors. Service is the worst we have experienced by far in any all-inclusive resort, you will struggle to get a drink, the service is completely inconsistent and some of the waiters speak very little English. It feels as if the workers actually resent you being there, in fact I don’t blame them – they are paid very poorly, I spoke to one waiter who advised me that he was on a higher wage bracket at $200 per month, the monies being charged to visitors are clearly not trickling down to locals or the local economy. Rooms – our room smelt of sewage, a smell which often lingers around the hotel. The room was OK, but surely not 5 star. The twin bed room is much smaller than advertised in photos, they are two single beds, not double. As you can see from the images, the maintenance level is not up to scratch, bathrooms need regrouting and properly cleaning. Child Safety Incident - We are travelling with a 1-year-old baby. Like most parents of young children, we use the hotel room for daytime naps. On one particular day, I returned to the room mid-afternoon to find the room had been cleaned — and the heating had been cranked up to 30°C. This is in the middle of soaring Egyptian heat. This was not a malfunction. Before leaving, I had turned the AC off completely. For the heating to be at 30°C, someone would have had to: turn the AC on, switch it to heat mode, and then turn the temperature up. The unit had never malfunctioned once during our stay, before or after this incident. I spotted the cleaner a few doors down. Conveniently, he spoke no English whatsoever. Draw your own conclusions. My strong suspicion is that this was retaliatory — done because I had not tipped him the previous day. What he didn't know is that I had been to the ATM that very morning specifically to withdraw cash for tips. When I raised this with reception, I was met with a dismissive, unhelpful response. They suggested there may be a fault with the AC and offered to send an engineer. There was nothing wrong with the AC. It worked perfectly before and after the incident. No follow-up, no apology, no acknowledgment of the seriousness of what had occurred. A room at 30°C in extreme heat poses a genuine risk to an infant — dehydration, heat exhaustion, and worse. We were shaken. For the remainder of our stay we kept the Do Not Disturb sign on our door at all times because we no longer felt safe leaving our child's room in the care of hotel staff. If you are travelling with young children, please think very carefully before booking here. A beautiful pool and grounds mean nothing if you cannot trust the staff who have access to your room. For the money I would choose one of the better hotels or visit Turkey instead, the level of service and food there is much better.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are exquisite and i love the buggy’s they use to drive around the resort. There are no lifts the rooms are like in little huts and I really like that it gives it a real holiday feel. The pools there is always space as there are many pools to choose from but if you can’t find a spot you can always lay on the beach 😍😍 The à la carte restaurants are superb I had hama (the Japanese) and Sanfir (the seafood restaurant on the beach) both were delightful but I particularly enjoyed the one at the beach 😋😋
