Sunrise Remal Resort

I'm reviewing my recent stay at Sunrise Remal to make special mention of Alaa RaGab, a bar man at the poolside bar. Alaa was always welcoming and cheerful and nothing was too much. Thank you Alaa.

This was our second time staying at this resort and we are already planning a third visit. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the pool was brilliant, the drinks were fantastic and the staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Mohamed, Mohamed, Ahmed, Alaa, Omar and Shebl. Nothing was too much trouble and Shebl remembered us from two years ago! We can’t wait to return again and again and again.

Very bad experience. Extremely bad hospitality especially from bar staff such as ‘Alla’. Even saw him get in the face of indoor bar staff - he is not fit to be working and doesn’t even make drinks properly + slams the glass on the table. The only notable hospitality is from the night shift receptionist with glasses and the young cleaner. Apart from that, was a very bad experience - food left me with a stomach ache too. The entertainment is nonexistent. I’ve been to cheaper destinations and received better experiences. The rooms are also falsely advertised on loveholidays. Would not recommend - the only holiday I’ve wanted to leave asap.

We had an amazing stay at SUNRISE Remal Resort and would highly recommend this hotel. The entire resort is very clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was comfortable, modern, and cleaned perfectly every day, and the room service was always reliable and friendly. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh options every day. We also really enjoyed the animation team, who organized fun activities during the day and entertaining evening shows without being too pushy. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing vacation with excellent service and a great atmosphere.

Yet again another perfect holiday at our second home.we were met by Shebl the concierge as soon as we walked through the door and before we sat down our favourite drinks were brought to us by Ahmed the bars manager .From that moment we were treated like family by all the staff from management down to the cleaners all who could never do enough for us.In the restaurant all chefs especially Goda looked after all our needs. Likewise in all the à la carte restaurants the staff went out of their way to make our stay special .Alaa at the pool bar yet again looked after us supplying us with iced coffee and drinks throughout are stay. Ahmed and his staff at the lobby bar always knew when we wanted our coffee or drinks and Mohamed would always insist on delivering them to us.I could go on and on praising this hotel and staff.
