Wonderful place to be! The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean. The food is just excellent, everything is fresh and very tasty. The overall atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. People are very warm and hospitable. One of the best places in the area for the reasonable price you pay compared to many hotels nearby. Excellent job of the hotel management! I will gladly come back!

We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and new year and we had the best time. Our room was spacious and clean water replaced daily but if needed more available in the buffet restaurant fridge. There was lots of choice in the buffet restaurant and also have the option of booking alacarte restaurants during your stay - this can be done on a screen by the reception or at guest services. There is a cash machine in reception which you can withdraw cash or another one outside the entrance and you can exchange notes to Egyptian. We spent our days at the beach , the reef was amazing. We have been to many hotels and this was the best hotel reef we have stayed at. When at the beach you can use the restaurant for lunch and it is all freshly cooked to order. We booked a private snorkelling trip on the beach and highly recommend it was brilliant. We booked other trips with Nabq Tours - honest reliable and friendly. We havebeen on many trips over the years but this time we did private speed boat snorkeling trip , City tour including farsha cafe , day trip to Cairo. The beach is at Remal Beach Hotel which is a short walk , a shuttle is also provided. We got the shuttle the first day but when we realised how close it was we walked the rest of the time , however it’s an excellent idea for those that need it. The hotel has evening shows we did not watch them but other guests said they were good. We stayed mainly in the lobby bar , drinks were good and service was excellent . All of the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful . On Christmas Eve and New Years Eve there was a Gala Meal both nights superbly organised with fantastic entertainment and food. For a relitivley small hotel what they put on was amazing. We have no complaints or issues , we honestly had the best time and have booked again for next Christmas which we never normally do - however why try and find somewhere else when it had everything we wanted for a nice relaxing holiday in the sun. The only thing that we would have liked is another bar in the evening but it’s nothing major and not put us of returning we have booked again for the same time this year.

Just got back from holiday at this hotel, had a wonderful time Ahmed, Alaa, Muhammad and all the staff to many to mention them all were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful nothing too much trouble, the rooms were clean and cleaned everyday with fresh towels, drinks served at bars, pool and sunbeds quickly and all free including every cocktail you could want, the themed restuarants were fantastic as was the main restaurant our favourite was the Indian excellent, so to sum up my wife and I had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back later in the year to see everyone and top up the tan, special mention for Ahmed bar manager really nice guy if you need anything just ask, thanks again Steve and Teresa 🍻🍸🥰🥵🎶👏

Great hotel, the staff is caring, attentive and super friendly. I would like to say a massive thank you to Shebi and Mohamed (al carte manager), they made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Elena
