Sunrise Remal Resort

Spent a week here with my partner , cannot fault much at all! Food - my partner has a nut allergy , food was labelled so he was able to stay clear. Food was delicious with a huge range of foods, pasta and pizza cooked fresh, lots of meat Drinks - pool bar was unreal , huge shout out to Alaa who made sure we never went thirsty. Cocktails were good, wide range, drinks were strong enough to taste the spirits , beer was good Location - a bit of confusion with the hotel pictures on the advertisement , the hotel isn’t ON the beach, however you have access to it via a short walk or shuttle that takes you to Remal Beach , you can eat in the restaurants and use their bars. Dip in the sea etc so it’s not the end of the world Spa- unreal massage from a lady in Remal Beach, I think her name was Breda ? I went back a second time because it was so good! Decent prices too 10/10 Entertainment- the entertainment lacks slightly. They do morning stretching and Zumba and then it goes quiet until the evening. There was a darts board which they only played once and the entertainer didn’t know how to play it so it was a short game where the rules made no sense . There was a volleyball net we could utilise which we loved, brought people together. Also goals for water polo. This was never an activity with the entertainment team but there to use yourself. Evening shows were okay , we did not appreciate getting hassled by some of the team to go out out in the night to other bars and clubs. Charging €25 each for a 2 min coach there and back and a free drink. We could defo do it cheaper ourselves , they didn’t take no for an answer Restaurants - there are al a cartes in the hotel that you can book. They get booked up so quick we could only manage to get two booked. However one of them was not made clear on where the restaurant was. We assumed it was in the beach hotel. Walked down there and was told it was in white hills. We asked security of remal beach who said we could walk there (45 mins) then we walked up to our hotel and a taxi man was whistling at us. we asked him to take us. He didn’t know where the restaurant was. We then went to reception who said it’s at another hotel. I asked how we get there he said he can get us a taxi. We were then late and he said he can’t contact them to let them know and we will miss the booking by the time the taxi arrived so we went to Soho square instead to eat. Was not great that no one in either hotels had an idea on where this restaurant was. Outside the hotel you can use InDrive as an uber to go to Soho square or Naama bay , where there are bars , shops and restaurants. It’s super cheap and I highly recommend ! Soho square is round the corner from the hotel Rooms - great rooms, great view, amazing room service who topped up water every time and left towel animals. The whole hotel was super clean, staff always cleaning floors , walls, windows etc First time in Egypt and we loved it! Thank you

Just had a great two weeks at the Sunshine Remal resort, very friendly and helpful staff. From the restaurant, cleaners to the poolside attendants. Big special mention to all the bar staff in the lobby bar and poolside bar. Alaa and Mohammed were great, very friendly and nothing was an issue, very friendly and helpful and look after you as if you were family. This is shown from their manager of both bars Ahmed who treats his staff well, again he is very friendly and helpful, happy to chat with you and help out his staff where needed. Ahmed, Alaa and Mohammed will make your holiday so enjoyable all 5 star rating. My only slight down was from the animation team but one member of the staff tried putting that right for me, young russian who spoke good English called Liz made a point of chatting daily to me

It was amazing, we will be back! Please tip the staff as they do awesome work!!

This hotel was better than expected and more rooms clean daily food was great all the staff he go beyond and above to make you holiday really enjoyable. The towel staff amir Mohamed and Mohamed aqua park Ahmed vacuum reel do a great job as well the bar staff round the pool Alaa & Elsayed do a fantastic job looking after you with serving your drinks. Sunray bar Mohamed Ehab Ahmed and John do amazing job looking after you there are more but can’t remember there names sorry guys Ahmed bar manager does a fantastic job making sure everything is running as it should gama always making sure the restaurant or clean and food is how it should be. Can’t wait to see all again February. A thank you to emad general manager for a great service.

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Remal Resort and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The resort is beautifully maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The food and drinks offered plenty of variety, the animation team kept the atmosphere fun and enjoyable, and both the pool and beach were perfect for relaxing. The house reef was absolutely breathtaking and made snorkeling one of the highlights of our trip. We would happily return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.
