Sunrise Remal Resort

We had a fantastic experience at SUNRISE Remal Resort. The resort was spotless, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The food offered plenty of variety, and the entertainment team did a great job keeping guests engaged. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon

This hotel is one of the best we have been to in Sharm for its very warm friendly atmosphere and the staff are just great . The food is excellent and the hotel is very clean and tidy . We have been here before with family and had the same friendly atmosphere and the staff couldnt do enough for all of us . This time we went as a couple and the reception manager Mohammed Salam made sure we had a lovely pool view room and when he returned off his vacation he came to see us and made sure everything was ok which was lovely of him and asked if there was anything more he could he was very helpful. Shebl is the manager of concierge and he made sure we had bookings for the specialist restraunts he couldnt fo enough for us . Mohammed who run the specialist restraunts made sure everything was good for us . Alaa ( our Ali) as we called him is a lovely lad and works very very hard at the pool bar , he made sure we constantly had water or drinks and every day had a big smile on his face , he was like this with everyone laughing and joking . His ice coffees are the best weve ever tasted 😊 Ahmed who is the pool manager was really helpful around the pool and helped with the towels and always had a smile on his face . Omar was our cleaner for room 2109, he was only a young lad but cleaned the room really well and always had a smile and quick chat . When we went to the beach every day Mohammed who was on the towel station was very helpful and always had a smile and a laugh with us and Mohammed who worked on all the stations at the beach was very knowlegeable about all the fish and sealife we could see which was great to hear about. All in all we had a great time , good food and friendly helpful staff . We wiill definitley be back as a couple and family as they are building a big waterpark and it will be ready next year .

We had a wonderful stay at SUNRISE Remal Resort. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the entertainment team made every day enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily return in the future.

Our stay at Sunrise Remal resorts was fantastic. Shebl ( main reception ) and Muhammed ( cleaner ) were both absolutely brilliant. We stayed in room 2024, lovely size room always clean and tidy. Great selection of food in the buffet restuarant. Al a carte restaurants great, require booking in advanced. Near to the beach which was great for snorkeling, local to Tal Avenue and Soho square. Will definetly come back. Thank you to all the safe which made our stay amazing.

We stayed for 2 weeks with 2 young boys (6 and 2 years old). We were given a really lovely welcome on arrival and reception arranged re-organising our room twice to accommodate our needs with cot/beds. They also helped us on check out day with a room for the 2 year old to nap. Nothing was too much to ask. I was a little apprehensive about visiting Egypt due to the culture of tipping but there was only one staff member who was ungrateful for a tip we tried to give. All the pool/bar/entertainment staff were very kind and accomodating with no expectation of a tip. My 6 year old was absolutely obsessed with Muhammed (Makram) and he was eager to help me with towels and drinks as well. We all had a massive laugh with him on the slides. Amir was also amazing with both boys - teaching my eldest Arabic and rolling up a towel for the youngest. Alaa also a favourite at the bar. The room was basic and our bath plug didn't work (they came to fix it once but it still didn't work so we made do). The way you let out the plug in the sink was odd too (it's a lever underneath) but that might just be all the rooms instead of a fault. The play area was a bit run down but looks like they're making some huge renovations there. There was a smaller pool (and a section of the bigger pool) that my 2 year old could walk in so he got very confident in the water thanks to that. The swim up bar was a big hit. There was slower and fast big slides to help with unconfident older children like mine too. I would say it took us a few days to realise how we found out about what entertainment was on, when and where (there is an app/website) but the entertainment itself was really good and they walked round encouraging you to get involved. There was spa/massage and excursion people walking round multiple times a day asking if you wanted something which could get annoying but I read a sign that said you could get a flag that would indicate you didn't want them bothering you. The remal resort had a sister beach hotel that you would get a very short bus ride and walk through to get to the beach and there were deck chairs on the beach and a bar you could continue to use all inclusive at. Again, took us a while to identify this so maybe more awareness would be good for what's available entertainment and beach wise. You can book a few restaurants all inclusive instead of using the buffet for a change, and there's a restaurant where you can get burgers/pizzas through the day too without booking. The buffet was nice food it could just get a bit hectic so it was really nice they had alternatives. They're quick to tidy up your food and drinks (they took away a glass id just got!) and there seemed to be a spoon shortage in the buffet could never find one and they had no small ones for the baby. Overall the small things didn't ruin anything and we had an amazing time.
