Our 2nd visit to the Swiss certainly did not disappoint and we were bowled over by the service & the staff here. Before arrival the communication was fabulous and even better when we arrived and to be honest received a royal welcome from the lovely Mona on reception and the fabulous ladies Malika & Aya from guest relations. We had been allocated a beautiful room over in the preferred Adults side. The room is large and well equipped. Comfortable and ideally located. We had a pool view which was lovely. Also a proper barrister and coffee pop up right next to the room was a real treat every morning and the barrister was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. (Hope the wedding went well & we look forward to the pictures). The à la cartes are fantastic, our favourites this time was the Flame Garden Grill (fabulous staff & manager) & loved the beautiful cats, and also a firm favourite from last time the Sky lounge with Ali & the great chef Roderick. However we throughly enjoyed them all. Drinks are really good quality and my special thanks to the guys at the lobby bar for my nightly espresso martini (made with finlandia) 😂 The bar staff are excellent and our glasses were always full. The animation team wow where to start! Bal, Oleg, Ram & the beautiful Amarni you made us feel part of the family, the pool party, God save the Queen show & the late nights at the sky lounge were amazing. Was also really nice to see Tito again as we remember him fondly from Rixos. The DJ’s at the Skylounge were great & this was a personal highlight. The Beach was lovely & again the bar team & food court staff were lovely & definitely enjoyed our lunch here. The buggy drivers are ace, so many on the move and you never wait long. All of the staff made us feel so welcome & we really miss you all already that much so we have cancelled our original plans in September to ensure we get to see you all then. I can’t name check you all but each and everyone was so fabulous we love you all! My final sincere thanks to the hotel manager Matthias, you really blew us away with your kindness and the attention before and during our 2nd stay. You run an amazing hotel, and really should be super proud of the hotel & the high level of customer service standards your staff have. See you in September guys, we are already counting the days! From the minute we arrived we knew we had picked somewhere special. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, engaged with us all. But we never once felt like they were waiting for tips, it was just the service they offered. Although we did tip as they absolutely deserved it. Check in was quick, we were lucky enough to be updraded and taken to our rooms on one of the golf buggies. We were also shown where everything was. The room was very big, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only struggle was the food, most of our family are picky which doesn’t help but some nights were a struggle in the main buffet restaurant. We tried a few of the à la carte restaurants and the Indian was delicious. I really enjoyed the Brazilian also but it is a lot of meat! The room service was also fantastic. We spent a lot of the time near the slides as my son loved this area and I want to give a special thank you to Mahmoud on the bar that kept us all hydrated throughout the day and Ahmed in the towel hut that kept everything spotless round the pool, moved our loungers/umbrellas. And our cleaner Mohammed, it was lively to come back to a clean room every evening. They’re an absolute credit. There were other staff but those stood out for me. The hotel is a little bit out of the main hustle and bustle of Naama Bay but for me that’s a good thing. We had an incredible holiday and after 11 days we didn’t want to come home. Would I go back… 100% I would and I will be.
