What can I say? The service was simply unbelievable! We stayed at the Swiss Hotel for one week, and everything was perfect from start to finish. From the very first moment, we received outstanding attention from the entire staff. The quality of the food and beverages was well above our expectations and far beyond the standard. I would like to give a special thanks to Ahmed and Mahmood at the beach. Their professionalism was exceptional—they were always smiling, incredibly friendly, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel welcome. They even brought drinks directly to our sunbeds, making our stay even more relaxing. I am truly satisfied with this amazing week, and it is an experience I will never forget. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special!

We had an amazing stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Mohamed, who took care of our room. He is incredibly friendly, hard-working, and always has a warm smile on his face. From the very first day we arrived, we returned to an absolutely spotless and fresh room every single day.
