Everything in the hotel was Amazing, the activities for kids, the ladies that play with the kids, they are so gentiles, the waitress, even the housekeepings every moment in the hotel you feel like a king for all the good service that you can receive. It’s an amazing place to stay with friends or family

Beach bar is nice and clean and Helal keeps very hard to keep it that clean and nice.

I had a really nice experience at this hotel. Even though I wasn’t a guest, I stayed there for a short period, and everything was great. The service was very good, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The atmosphere was comfortable and positive. The food was amazing amazing! honestly, everything was delicious with a great variety. Also, the entertainment team did a fantastic job. The night shows at the theater were very fun, well-organized, and enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely staff, nice rooms and gorgeous waterpark for the kids

We stayed at this hotel with my husband from April 7th to April 13th and had a wonderful experience overall. Everything was excellent- warm and friendly staff. The reception team was especially helpful: initially we were given a room near the aquapark, but upon request they kindly moved us to a quiet adults-only beach area, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. As an Accor employee (Mövenpick Winter Park Baku), I was also very satisfied from a professional point of view. The only downside was on April 11th at the Greek a la carte restaurant, despite ordering, our main course was delayed for over an hour and we had to leave without it((. Thankfully, the buffet was still open)). Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, thank you to the Team! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!)
