From the minute we arrived we knew we had picked somewhere special. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, engaged with us all. But we never once felt like they were waiting for tips, it was just the service they offered. Although we did tip as they absolutely deserved it. Check in was quick, we were lucky enough to be updraded and taken to our rooms on one of the golf buggies. We were also shown where everything was. The room was very big, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only struggle was the food, most of our family are picky which doesn’t help but some nights were a struggle in the main buffet restaurant. We tried a few of the à la carte restaurants and the Indian was delicious. I really enjoyed the Brazilian also but it is a lot of meat! The room service was also fantastic. We spent a lot of the time near the slides as my son loved this area and I want to give a special thank you to Mahmoud on the bar that kept us all hydrated throughout the day and Ahmed in the towel hut that kept everything spotless round the pool, moved our loungers/umbrellas. And our cleaner Mohammed, it was lively to come back to a clean room every evening. They’re an absolute credit. There were other staff but those stood out for me. The hotel is a little bit out of the main hustle and bustle of Naama Bay but for me that’s a good thing. We had an incredible holiday and after 11 days we didn’t want to come home. Would I go back… 100% I would and I will be.

Everything in the hotel was Amazing, the activities for kids, the ladies that play with the kids, they are so gentiles, the waitress, even the housekeepings every moment in the hotel you feel like a king for all the good service that you can receive. It’s an amazing place to stay with friends or family

Beach bar is nice and clean and Helal keeps very hard to keep it that clean and nice.
