We stayed at the Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh as a family during the May half-term holidays and had a wonderful overall experience. Our room was fantastic, with two separate bedrooms, which gave us plenty of space and made our stay much more comfortable. One of the highlights of the hotel was the amazing waterpark, which our family absolutely loved. It was a fantastic addition to the resort and provided hours of fun for both children and adults throughout our stay. The lifeguards at the waterpark were incredible and deserve a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always happy to help. They even carried the large rubber rings to the top of the slides so our daughter could enjoy the rides, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture and made a real difference to our experience. The à la carte restaurants were also excellent. The food was lovely, the service was great, and we really appreciated being able to visit them as many times as we wanted during our stay. We enjoyed every meal there and found them to be a much nicer dining experience than the main buffet. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and a lovely atmosphere. There are also golf buggies available throughout the day to take guests across the road to the beach side of the hotel, which is a really convenient service and makes getting around very easy. The beach itself is pleasant, but it is quite small and very rocky, so we would definitely recommend bringing water shoes to make getting in and out of the sea much more comfortable. The only downside for us was the buffet restaurant. We found the food choices and overall dining experience there weren’t quite as good as the à la carte options. It was also very busy at times, which made it feel crowded and less relaxing. We also noticed that there were very few English families staying at the hotel during our visit. A special thank you to Mohamed Abdel Latif, who was incredibly attentive to our family throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and his friendly and professional service really helped make our holiday extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would happily return. The spacious two-bedroom accommodation, amazing waterpark, excellent à la carte restaurants, helpful golf buggy service, and outstanding staff made for a memorable stay. We would love to come back again in the future and would definitely recommend the hotel to other families looking for a fun and relaxing holiday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely servise, especcially the room cleanliness. Mohamed kept our room very clean. Room 5034 is lovely with a private pool.
