From speaking to other guests, one of the first things I noticed was how many people had returned to this resort multiple times—and after a few days, it’s easy to see why. The staff are excellent. For example, the pool staff are constantly doing rounds, taking and delivering drinks orders. The main buffet restaurant offers a wide range of food every day, the resort is very clean and well maintained, the rooms are large and comfortable, and there are plenty of different pools to choose from. It’s quite a large resort, with what feels like an endless number of routes between places—we were still discovering new ways to get around even on the last day. Despite that, it still manages to feel quite village-like. Wi-Fi is available across the entire resort, even at the far ends of the beach, and it’s both fast and reliable. The TUI staff do an excellent job. They’re available throughout the day in the lobby to answer questions, resolve issues, and help book trips. The level of organisation is first-class, from arrival at the airport through to departure. I went on the Cairo trip to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which I would strongly recommend. One advantage is that the resort is only about 10 minutes from the airport, so there’s no long transfer at the start or end of the day. Our guide was excellent and made sure we were safe throughout. There is some hassle at Giza, but my advice is to ignore it—don’t engage, keep walking, and stick to a polite “thank you” if needed. I would have liked more time in the museum, as it’s enormous. Overall, a first-class resort and experience. We’re already planning to return next year.

Reception staff very impressive. Room was also impressive. We have stayed at several 5 star hotels and other Sensatori and we were impressed. The Tui staff here were exceptional. All of them a credit to Tui. The food here was top notch especially in the main buffet and the a la carte restaurants, our favourite was Merhaba. We liked the lunchtime options at Tigan and food court but would suggest a bit more choice at both. The staff at both were great especially the lads at the food court. 👍 Loved the peaceful beach area. Our grandson was with us and the kids entertainment was great we joined in the quiz every night and watched the gigs in the Venue. The staff here go above and beyond looking after you. Never been anywhere where the staff look after you like here. Offering drinks, sorting sunbeds out, even cleaning your sunglasses. Always happy. If we had a negative it would be that the adult entertainment on a night was very repetitive as there was only one singer each night when we are used to at least three and in two weeks of attending the “piano bar” no one played the piano. Only two Uk acts flown in also. The resident Tui singers were brilliant btw We were told this would be sorted, it needs to be. All in all a great holiday with great weather and definately value for money.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, all of the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Sammeh, who worked on the tables outside the buffet, was incredibly welcoming at every meal and worked tirelessly to make sure we were always looked after. The adults-only pool area was always spotless and a really relaxing place to spend the day. The staff there worked hard in the heat, taking drink orders directly from your sunbed. Karim in particular stood out — very friendly and always happy to help. All of the restaurants were very good, with the Middle Eastern restaurant being a highlight. The food and customer service there were especially impressive. The rooms were kept consistently clean, as was the entire resort. It’s clear that everyone takes pride in maintaining high standards. Evening entertainment was relaxed, usually featuring a singer, which we enjoyed. That said, it would have been nice to see a bit more variety or interactive entertainment on some nights. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The only negative — and this is not a reflection on the hotel itself — was the doctor operating on-site. He visited our room when my partner was unwell (what we believed to be sunstroke), gave us some tablets, and charged £150. We later realised this was for basic paracetamol and an antibiotic, which wasn’t appropriate for sunstroke. When I raised this, he was dismissive and suggested claiming it through insurance, which misses the point entirely. I’d strongly recommend, if possible, visiting a local pharmacy instead, where you’re likely to receive more appropriate advice and treatment.

On our last day here at the moment after a week stay. The attention to your needs and the service given are incredible. From Abd Allah coming to clean your sunglasses every day while you sunbathed, to Mahmoud waiting on us at the adults only beach and bringing drinks every half an hour (more if you want as he's constantly checking) to Mohsen making perfectly poached eggs every morning and Ahmed waiting in the dining room. Every aspect of your comfort is anticipated and seen to quickly and with a smile. The food choices are unbelievable. Every meal a huge choice of freshly cooked food and definitely something for everyone. Every culture, every diet type catered for. I could go on and on about the staff and the food. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. The cleanliness i would give ten stars to. Incredible staff always cleaning and maintaining the spotless hotel and grounds. The staff work tirelessly. Raking the sand, sweeping paths, cutting grass, planting shrubs....endless. My ONLY disappointment was my room. Superior room wasnt upto scratch. Huge comfy bed, lots of storage space, big bathroom, plenty of hot water and lots of hotel toiletries. BUT, curtains hanging off and didnt close. Air-conditioning packed in and I had to chase them to repair it. Which they did. When I went to reception. Knocking on your door each evening to swap beach towels seems unnecessarily intrusive. None of these things were enough to spoil my holiday, but the room wasnt in keeping with how amazing the staff were and how special they made you feel. Very worth a visit, but room needs a makeover.

The resort is very tidy and clean, the rooms have everything you need. We took our son who is a year and a half and booked a superior room with a partition which was perfect for us. The pools were great, amazing snorkelling as always. The food and drink is plentiful and good quality, you cannot go hungry here! Service was great. Mahmoud in the gym is not only very knowledgable, he’s also a great guy who genuinely wants to help - if you’re a pro or a beginner get in there and see him! We’ve been 2 years running now and hope to book a third soon.
