TUI BLUE Sensatori Coral Sea

We’ve spent 10 days in Sensatori during Easter holidays and it really was a wonderful experience! The hotel is situated 15 minutes from the airport, by a beautiful sandy beach (take your snorkelling equipment with you!) with lots of sun beds, bars and family/adult only zones. The beach is very clean and well maintained with lots of waiting staff making sure you don’t run out of drinks throughout the day. There’s diving school with loads of activities for kids and adults as well as a play area for kids. There are sooooo many different pools to choose from, some busier than others, but all very clean. We didn’t have any issues with finding free sun beds despite some people “claiming” them in the morning. We were placed in a room in the family area on the ground floor which turned out to be very convenient. The room was spacious and extremely clean! Yes, the room could benefit from a wee update, but everything was working and we had a very comfy bed. There’s an iron, hair dryer, coffee/tea station and a mini fridge with cold drinks, and snacks (free of charge, topped up daily). Beach towels are exchanged every day in the afternoon. The AC is on the louder side, but we didn’t have to use it during the night, so no issues with that. Make sure you take a mosquito repellent to use in the evening (we also had a plug-in in our room and it worked great). The food was AMAZING! So many dishes to choose from, with additional meat, panini, fish, omelette stations, gluten free and vegan options, and deserts to die for! There are also other restaurants, but since there’s so much choice in the main restaurant, we didn’t go. There are snack bars scattered around where you could get panini, sandwiches and fries. There are also endless ice lollies, fruit, popcorn and cotton candy for kids and adults. The entertainment team made sure we had a great time, with kids shows and activities as well as quizzes and evening entertainment (they are a very talented and enthusiastic bunch of people, we’re so impressed!). Most importantly the STAFF made our stay truly exceptional! They all were so attentive, helpful and nothing was too much bother. All was done with respect and a big smile. Their attitude to kids was amazing! Make sure to get some dollars to tip them, cause they really deserve it! Thank you everyone for making our holidays the best one so far!

Just returned after 2 weeks as a family of 4 and would recommend. Firstly some background…well travelled, TUI fan and have now been to all Sensatori hotels other than Turkey thus far. Travelled for 2 weeks in April 26 with family including 2 teenagers. Had a swim up room in the mixed area (room 1127) and a second standard inland view room. Location: just 15 mins from the airport the hotel is stunning, set on a private sand beach opposite Tiran island. A floating pontoon allows you to snorkel over the coral and view incredible marine life. Summary: the resort is simply stunning. Views to die for, spotless across the whole resort, loads of bars, food and pool options. Staff are amazing and always happy to help with a smile..tip or no tip. A great time and would recommend. Rooms: spacious, and spotless the rooms were perfect for a relaxing stay. First the positives..fridge / mini bar, very comfortable mattress, tea and coffee, whirlpool bath, mood lighting, excellent tv with English channels..including the footie! Lots of storage space..all to expect with a 5 star room. Swim up room view perfect..right on the beach. Negatives..the bed frames are wooden and creak when moving. The swim up pool terraces are small..only a single lounger plus table and chairs. Much smaller than elsewhere. Mosquitos in rooms and elsewhere are a real issue..the hotel were spraying nightly but still bitten several times. No coffee pod station or iPod doc / speaker as standard. Service: the best we have encountered. Staff work very hard to meet or exceed your needs. Major shout out to Ibrahim our cleaner for a fab job, Mohamed the Tiran bar waiter who brought drinks to swim up and the beech, plus the two Mohamed’s in the main restaurant for looking after us so well. Tips are appreciated but you get a great service even if you don’t. Food…buffet, lunch snack food court, à la carte options for lunch, plus 3 options free plus 3 chargeable. Loads of choice, and usually found something. Personal choice but we found the food quality slightly below that of Aphrodite Hills and I did get a touch of food poisoning from the lunch food court one day. However this did not detract. Drinks are good..caramel iced latte to die for, great wine list, both alcohol and zero beers good, soft drinks from branded bottles! Overall food second best we have found. Pools: spotless, loads of room and space between loungers, the best cushioned loungers we have found, two pools climate heated, very clean and swim up very smooth lining so toes not raw walking on it. Great pool scene..drinks brought to all pools including swim up. Entertainment: the typical complaint of all TUI blue hotels is the entertainment is LOUD! Too loud in the piano bar to enjoy quiet drinks or card games etc. however there is seating on the terrace and elsewhere so not a major impact. The Venue needed better drinks service as took a long time to arrive compared to everywhere else. TUI staff do their best and keep things moving all day with something on all the time. Ps sports courts hard courts and good surfaces ..better than some! Tennis equipment was poor however… flat balls, racquets with missing grips etc. small things like this detract and are easily and cheaply sorted. Top tips: get up early for sunrise over Tiran Island. Morning walk out of hotel and 2-3 km along the lovely paved sea front walk was great. Tip good service and it continues! Save your appetite for the al La cartes .. big portions! Building 1 mixed area has fab swim up right opposite the beach. Take mossie spray and room plug in! In summary: a great hotel, fab staff and perfect quiet location, food wide ranging but quality could be better, great holiday and recommend it.. but we will be going back to Aphrodite Hills still…

Very nice experience! The room was clean and comfortable, the food was very good also the gym and the personal trainer Mahmoud was great ! He helped me to reach my goals and was very friendly

Had not been since 2014. Upon arrival waited to check in, empty glasses from previous arrival guests, but nothing for our guests. Swim up room booked but had a wall in front of the pool with only small opening to pool & 1 sunbed for 2 people, asked 3 times for another sunbed but ignored. Asked to move, moved next day & took our sunbed. Then phoned & hassled by various managers at my pool next day. I don't go on holiday to argue with people. Plenty of swim ups had 2 beds which should be the case. The hotel is tired. Buffet food is ok. Marahbi was really good as was casa Bianca. Gokan was £40 but not as good. Tiran was also really good. Drinks are awful, cocktails poor. We took our own grey goose and rum & used it in the evening. Lot small things should be better, no teaspoons, paper cups sometimes for coffee machine. Senior managers don't seem to understand courtesy, standing in front of me at coffee machine whilst ime waiting. Main staff are very good & can't do enough for you. Hotel really needs a refurbishment but never shuts ! Had Balinese massage which was fantastic. Coffee house / bar at beach was lovely. Not a 5 star. Drinks cocktails should be much better. Grounds are immaculate.location is also good. Booked for next year but not going to go back.

A perfect family holiday in an excellent setting. The rooms was perfect, the veranda opened up straight to the kids pool. Hotel was lovely, great food.
