Location on the beach beautiful. Used the adults only beach which is quiet, uncrowded in addition Talal who provides the drink service is brilliant always on hand to keep you refreshed and always with a smile on his face. Hotel atmosphere is good, chilled and relaxed, reception and bar staff always helpful and cheerful. We had room 3128 in the adults only area with a swim up pool, inside jacuzzi bath and a stocked fridge. Our cleaner Achmed was great and our room was always spotless. Gardens immaculate and well kept by the gardeners. The pool boy worked hard replacing the pool filters. Restaurant facilities are great with lots of choice and freshly made morning noon and night. Waiting staff just so good, well done. Value for what we got was good no complaints and will be back.

We have just returned from our fourth visit to the Coral Sea Imperial Sensatori, and once again it exceeded our expectations. There is a reason we keep coming back, and that reason is undoubtedly the incredible people who work so hard to make every guest feel valued and welcome. A very special mention has to go to Mahmoud Shokry, the Gym Manager. Mahmoud is an absolute credit to the Coral Sea. From the moment you walk into the gym, he makes everyone feel genuinely welcome with his warm personality, professionalism and excellent English. His knowledge and expertise in fitness training are exceptional, and he tailors every session to individual needs. I have a back injury, and Mahmoud drew on both his professional expertise and his own personal experience to design training sessions that allowed me to exercise safely while continuing to make progress. In addition to the personalised training programme, he used some excellent stretching techniques and sports massage to relieve muscular pain and stiffness, ensuring I left each session feeling both relaxed and energised. Every morning I genuinely looked forward to visiting the gym, not only because of the excellent training but also because of the fascinating conversations we shared on a wide variety of topics. He goes out of his way to engage with guests, encourage them and create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere, regardless of their age or fitness level. He is a wonderful ambassador for the Coral Sea Imperial Sensatori and one of the main reasons we keep returning. Another outstanding member of the team is Sharaf, the Food Court Manager. His leadership is exceptional and it is clear that he has built a team that enjoys working together and takes enormous pride in delivering first-class service. Sharaf is always smiling, takes the time to engage with guests and genuinely makes everyone feel welcome. His enthusiasm, positivity and passion for customer service are clearly reflected in his team, who consistently deliver the same warm, friendly and attentive service. . A huge thank you also goes to his fantastic team—Ahmed, Mohammed, Shabry, Ab El Rahman and Mostafa—along with all of the talented chefs. Every lunch time there was the same genuine warmth, efficiency and attention to detail, making the experience enjoyable. There are so many other hardworking members of staff who deserve recognition, including Mahmoud at the Main Pool Bar, Mohammed in the Main Buffet Restaurant and George working the night shift in the Bar. Their friendly smiles, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile never went unnoticed. What makes this hotel truly special is that outstanding service isn't limited to a few individuals—it is part of the culture throughout the entire resort. Every member of staff works incredibly hard to ensure guests have a memorable holiday, and they should all be proud of what they achieve. Thank you to everyone at the Coral Sea Imperial Sensatori for making our fourth visit another unforgettable holiday. We are already looking forward to returning in the next few months for our fifth visit, which says everything about how highly we regard this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended!

From start to finish this hotel is amazing. All the staff work so hard. The staff are professional and friendly and eager to help. The grounds, beach and restaurants are spotless. As a family of 4 we had no upset stomach. There is plenty of variety in the buffet restaurant. We also visited the stonegrill, Italian and tiran. All amazing. Bring your snorkeling masks and swim shoes. Snorkeling at the beach/off the jetty is out of this world. Lots of activites/kids clubs available but we did not use. 2 kids water slides which we enjoyed. Plenty of live evening entertainment in various areas of the hotel. Hotel is secure with plenty of friendly/helpful security with all exit and entry points manned. Sun loungers have padding which is lovely. Plenty of them. This review does not give the hotel any justice, you have to visit and experience it. We look forward to our next visit.

This hotel is amazing, it offers everything - the food, variety, facilities, rooms , cleanliness. The staff make you feel so special and nothing is too much trouble, there are always sunbeds available around the pools and beach , I had a swim up room which was just perfect . I love the special little touches like “ fizz hour” which I hope they would never get rid of - everyone dresses up and the Prosecco and cocktails on offer are fantastic it makes a really lovely start to your evening , we went for 11 days and by day 5 we had rebooked for next year !!.

This is the first hotel we have returned to as we enjoy finding new places, however our experience was so fantastic we decided to come for another fortnight this year. Disclaimer: I am someone who examines Trip Advisor reviews and have high standards and expectations. This hotel really does meet them. The food options are great - main buffet has live cooking stations and a variety of food for all tastes. The food is always hot. À la cartes are also of a high standard and the paying ones are reasonably priced to make a visit worthwhile. Entertainment was excellent - my kids loved the archery and water polo. There is a lot on offer, I would recommend downloading the app to view it all. My kids don’t like huge noisy environments but enjoyed the beach cinema, and cards on the terrace in the evening. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Genuinely try their best and if you have the slightest issue they will resolve this quickly. Snorkelling off the jetty was great and this year we did parasailing and a boat trip to snorkel near the shipwreck. We saw three different types of dolphins.
