Excellent hotel spotlessly clean and the staff can’t do enough for you, a very large selection of food , plenty of sunbeds round the pool areas the main pool being heated , the chill out pool area is not heated and adults only. Plenty of bars scattered around the complex so u don’t have to walk very far. Our only concern was the bed in our was very firm which was a problem for my wife , we spoke to reception and they managed to pad it out a bit but could do with a proper topper on it. If you have a problem you are better going to customer services which is situated outside behind the reception area . We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it.

Very good food especially if you like libanese/Turkish/Egyptian food (chicken, lamb kofta, shawarma...). Restaurant service is good with a special mention to Ramadan who has been Great to us to provide us whatever we needed at the table for lunch or dinner once picked up things at the buffet. Great pools and water park for my kids (6 and 9 years old) with the right temperature (heated pool, weather was 26 degrees when I was there). Tennis and pickelball courts are great with a good booking system. Kareem is a great tennis coach and a very nice guy. Mohammed the life guard at waterpark is such a nice person for who safety is very important and he was always looking after my kids. The cleaner was doing a very good job (sorry that I don't know his name). The beach is beautiful, it can be difficult to enter given the rocks so would probably advise to have plastic shoes, otherwise you can walk on the well installed shore to swim with a good water depth and enjoy watching all sorts of fish with goggles. Kids didn't go to kids club but it looks nice. Proximity to the airport is also something with noticing. The only thing which is not great is the quality of alcohol, which is a bit expected in an all inclusive, but it didn't bother me as I don't drink much. I would definitely go back there if I find flight tickets that are not too expensive. Had a great holiday in Redsina Shamel Shaikh lovely clean rooms and amazing grounds Staff were amazingly helpful from Ramadan the waiter ..Mustafa, the lifeguard to Maram a helpful customer relations member The sports facilities were all in very good condition and there were many opportunities to join in the daily activities We have previously Holiday in Hurghada magic life and found this to be of similar standard, although Redsina's tennis/Pickleball program lacked the enthusiasm of Hurghada and there were better water spinning classes in Hurghada This doesn't take away how much we enjoyed ourselves just a comparison Redsina has a favourable transfer time being very near the airport I'm sure we will be back

we have been to this hotel lots of times but some how it just seems to get better with every trip. i would like to give a massive thank you to Mr Tamer the rooms division manager for looking after us. firstly food cannot comment on the main restaurant as we didnt really use it. the snack bar at the waterpark the freshly made burgers and pizzas are amazing. the snack bar in the green curry during the day this is a MUST its like having a la carte meal in the day time its sit down and order from the menu you must try the fish and chips, beef fajita, and spag bog all fantastic. all three a la carte restaurants were amazing food and service. in the day time we used the relax pool area we had two lovely people taking care of anything we needed that was the life guard Akmed and Mina in charge of the bar amazing drinks always brought to our sunbed for us thank you both. on the evening we started in the coffee house area getting looked after by Omar what a lovely gentleman. we then used the terrace lounge for the shows and the service we got there from the waiter Akmed was the best never had to leave our seats and always had a drink in front of us. there is a new touch of crisps and nuts put on your table this is a new idea and i think is great. the shows were all new because of Tui taking over we enjoyed them all especially the Brazilian dancers that came in twice a week. because we were always in the relax pool area we did not have much to do with the animation team but Slim and Victor always came for a chat because we have known them for years. and last but defiantly not least DJ Tamer what i fantastic man to talk to and make his own music its unreal we had some great nights in the night club with his music keep up the good work Tamer. cant wait until we return thanks to everyone at the hotel xx Paul and Wendy from England
