TUI MAGIC LIFE Redsina Sharm El Sheikh

We have been coming to this hotel for many years, several times a year, and it truly feels like coming home every time. Since November, the hotel has rejoined the Magic Life chain, and this positive change is clearly noticeable. The food is once again at the high level we were used to in the past – a major highlight for us. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. They are of immense value to the hotel and its overall experience. We are very happy to see so many familiar faces still working here, and they all do an outstanding job. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism are what set this hotel apart. For us, they are the most important asset of the hotel and the main reason why we have been returning for 15 years. Compared to the period when the hotel operated under the name Iberotel Redsina, both the entertainment and the food have clearly improved. At the same time, the strong points have remained unchanged: the maintenance of the hotel, the bar service, and the luggage staff are still of a very high standard. We are truly happy to be back. This is our first stay of the year, but our next holidays here are already booked – which says it all.

Redsina Sharm. A truelly excellent experience Great food and service. A special thank you to Islam who looked after us at meal times. Animation team really good without being over bearing. The pools were really cold but pleasant to sit round. Onsite independent dive school great characters especially Jamal who befriended us and Mahoot. I can't rate this hotel high enough and will hopefully be going back in a few weeks time .

Our 6th visit to this hotel and can only say it gets better every time. There were so many improvements from our last visit in April 2025. As beach lovers the new improved wind breakers & new beach toilets and changing rooms were a lovely surprise. The à la carte restaurants have upped their game - now with one providing an à la carte lunch menu too, all delicious. While the food in the buffet restaurant was always good there have been some changes which also were delicious and plenty of variety, definitely something for everyone - the vegetarian options good too. Some changes in the Redsina bar now doubling as late night disco. The entertainment team were excellent- encouraging and active all day, more than we were, but we did join in aqua gym, archery, pickleball and salsa dance class! Also some external entertainment dance teams - very good - added to the fun evening entertaining. As ever we are so thankful to the many staff who tirelessly served us, many of whom we have gotten to know well over the years and make it feel like a homecoming, from front desk, porters, kitchen staff, waiters in restaurants and bars, pool and beach staff, housekeepers and room services to the managers over the various areas and those at the top. To many to name but thanks again to all for the lovely warm welcome

The staff, the accommodation, the food, the cleanliness of the resort, it is a fabulous resort I have to mention a few people who went out of their way to make our stay exceptional : Mary on reception, a wonderful lady who will go out of her way to help you. Islam (captain) our waiter, who was so professional in his duties. Aslaf ? who greeted us so warmly each evening, he had just been promoted to asst restaurant manger, is excellent at his job, congratulations on your new position, it is well deserved. Lucy from animations team, who is just so bubbly and full of life. We have stayed in many different hotels in Sharm-el-Sheik, this is definitely the best and look forward to return visit later this year.

Just got back from a weeks holiday , and I never normally write anything. But were do I start the place was just amazing 🤩 from the life guards to the pool staff the restaurant staff night staff and room and generally just everyone. The people are just so friendly and will do anything to make your holiday as relaxing and stress free as possible. Just amazing brilliant people. The food is so fresh from breakfast lunch and dinner , we also went to all 3 à la carte again just amazing the food was delicious 😋 The entertainment team again amazing on first names with most of the team and just so energetic made us feel so welcome, and we all just enjoyed a good dance 💃 the silent disco was the best. If anyone is celebrating anything while your there definitely go and see the guest services. While we were there it was my mother in laws 75th birthday and they made the day so special for her, she’s never been wished happy birthday by so may people, they just went went above and beyond. Just excellent will definitely be booking again. Shame we are now back at home in the UK with the fire on 🤣 Just brilliant keep doing what your doing 😊
