TUI MAGIC LIFE Redsina Sharm El Sheikh

Had a fantastic week at Tui Magic Life, this was our First holiday to Egypt and was overwhelmed with the family vibe that was present with the staff from catering, waiters, lifeguards, bar staff, entertainment team and the housekeeping team. We made to feel like part of a very happy family within the hotel with all staff taking time time out to chat to make sure you are having your dream holiday, plenty of entertainment, lots of food choices and even snacks available 24/7, good choices of bar drinks and cocktails, pool games were great fun on the days we didn' t go on excursions, i would highly recommend a holiday here if you are looking for a family friendly vibe. I would also like to specially thank Hassam from the housekeeping team as when we passed in the walkways he would always make sure we were happy with the room cleaning and restocking of water, such a friendly chap and a credit to Magic life, keep the smiles coming Hassam and thank you again for making sure we were comfortable on our holiday. Magic Life Redsina Sharm El Sheikh I have been at several Magic Life Resorts over the years, including: Fuerteventura Tunesia- Africana Djerba- Penelope Beach Turkey- Bodrum Egypt- Kalawy x2 Egypt- Redsina Facilities: ⭐️ Toilet Paper at the beach toilet was always empty- people using hand towels which can block the toilet ⭐️ Hooks for beach umbrellas to hang bags would be good ⭐️ Garden Areas & Beach kept up nicely, really liked the layout of the club too ⭐️ Kids Club very nice areas, activities and meals together was loved by both kids ⭐️ Waterpark great - why does the pool and kids pool have to be shut in the day for cleaning? No other hotel with waterpark I have been to has ever done this. I am sure there must be alternatives? ⭐️Pool areas- nearly impossible to get a sun lounger as lots of people reserve them for the whole day. These should be removed if no belongings are left and no person there since a while. ⭐️Pool areas- Better tables like the ones near the aqua park would be great for the activity pool. ⭐️ Adult only Pool- I was never able to get a spot there due to people reserving, maybe another couple of sun beds can be added or a booking system to make it fair ⭐️Spa- too expensive and staff keep offering services, Butterfly Spa across the road outside the resort was amazing and half the price of the Spa in the resort. Karim at Butterfly Spa is really good and Donia who did 2 of my massages was also great. Another women I had there was ok but could not speak english or german so it was difficult to communicate about pressure/ pain. Food and Drink: ⭐️Overall the food selection and quality of food is good, I would prefer to have more egyptian dishes like shakshuka for breakfast ⭐️ Soft ice cream machines in main restaurant and some snack areas, using bowls and cones not only cones ( we got soup bowls and spoons from another area ) ⭐️ Fresh Mangoes, Fresh Mango Juice also for Cocktails and Fresh Mango Ice cream ( I am aware of seasonal fruit but other hotels have them all year round ⭐️ Trattoria has nice food but the same Tomato Sauce on everything- tomato soup, arancini same tomato sauce, pasta same tomato sauce…., should be changed ⭐️ Egyptian Restaurant was lovely, just took a bit long between courses ⭐️Best Food and Team for Lunch is Green Curry ⭐️Pizza is very good everywhere ⭐️unfortunately Desserts are labelled wrong, the sign on the top does not match the cake/ dessert displayed, cakes getting put together on same trays when getting empty again wrong labelling which is an issue for allergies, highlighted to management ⭐️Overall the cakes are not great and all taste the same, Egyptian sweets were lovely ⭐️ Some food stations use the same chopping board/ knife/ utensils for fish/ meat/ vegetarian which is an issue for allergies/ vegetarians, I highlighted this to management ⭐️ Bottled water in some areas in the fridge to self-serve and be able to refill at the bars- better for beach due to sand ⭐️ Drinks in the rooms should all be free and refilled, snacks not required and the boxes were very dusty, other magic life have drinks always free ⭐️ waiters should go round the pool more often to get drinks for guests, barely got attention most days Entertainment: ⭐️Was a bit disappointing as the area of entertainment is very small and not enough seats are available. There is an outdoor theatre area but that was not in use- maybe coming? ⭐️ In general entertainment not of the standard of other Magic Life Resorts ⭐️Karaoke Nights were good ⭐️Not a lot of entertainment and animation during the day, pool games and club song dance needs to be made more popular and active ⭐️Kids Club Entertainment was very good, the kids just complained of not liking the Movie night as the movies are for babies 😉 ⭐️Maybe Beach Cinema for all like at Kalawy would be a great idea Room: ⭐️ We stayed in a ground floor room, 2 adults and 2 children. ⭐️ Our friends stayed next to us in a room, 1 adult and 2 children ⭐️Positives of the room: Beds big and comfy Towels clean and soft Shower pressure great Fresh filtered water daily Aircon working well Enough space for all 4 of us including clothes, suitcases etc Quiet at night ⭐️Unfortunately a few things were not that great: Overall the cleaning could have been better but improved a bit after complaining The bathroom needs a bit of updating as the limescale/ brick wall crumbles on the floor every day No bin bags in the bins and no sanitary towel bags provided which is not very hygienic No toilet brush available Great Staff: ⭐️Abanoup- Levante Assistant Captain Wants to change things up and promote Egyptian Culture more, have staff dressed up, drums etc- I think that is a great idea ⭐️Shaker- Assistant Food & Beverage Manager ⭐️Mohamed Yusuf Magico captain ⭐️Raed- Waiter ( remembered us from Magic Life Kalawy), very attentive, coming over to say hello even when in another area ⭐️Daisy- Kids Club Manager, remembered us also from Kalawy before and we love her, she did a great job and my 2 kids enjoyed it

Hotel very Good thanks for stadı❤️❤️

I had two weeks here in June,it was the 5th time I had been to Sharm and this was by far the best hotel I've stopped in.Great staff,always keen to help and serve you. The hotel and grounds were always clean and tidy,the food was good and the 3 a la carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit.The rooms all had a beach bag to carry your towels to the pools and the air con was the best I've ever had.Spent most of the day around the relax pool where Waleed worked,the hardest working barman I've ever seen.Definitely a 5 star hotel.

We have received fantastic service from Rafai and the rest of the staff in the Wunderbar at Magic Life Redsina. Nothing is ever a problem
