We had an outstanding holiday at Tui magic life Redsina. Food: We found the food to be great, it was flavourful and there really was something for everyone. The “Magico” buffet was spotless and had various chefs cooking fresh food in front of you and breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wait times were never long and they replenished items that ran out really quickly. We visited all the à la carte restaurants. The best of which we found to be the Italian, the Egyptian and Indian were both very good also. We did have a bit of a wait in the Egyptian for our main but we didn’t mind as the restaurant was full. The only negative was the fact we were asked to fill in a review online in the Egyptian, I felt this took away from the experience and the service we recieved was to gain a good review rather than just providing us a good service. Overall though we thought the food was amazing. A massive shoutout to Mohammed (Captain) in Magico who was exceptionally friendly and couldn’t do enough for us each day we visited. He really enhanced our experience. Rooms: The room looked modern and was spacious. We had three people stay in there, we had a double bed and a single, both beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The room was cleaned everyday to a very good standard, our bedding was changed twice in ten days which is more than sufficient, I’ve seen people complain it’s not done daily, would you do this at home?? The beach towels were left in the room and you had to leave a tag in a bag if you want them replenished. I think there was some confusion as to how many people were in the room as we had to request an extra towel for the first few days but this was soon dealt with and caused no issues. Pool: There were two pools, as we had our daughter with us we couldn’t access the quiet pool, so we spent our time round the family pool. The swim up pool is now for decoration purposes only and cannot be used. This makes sense considering how close it was to the restaurant. The family pool was huge with plenty of beds, it was cleaned overnight by a team of people which meant it was spotless each morning you got up. As we visited during the May school holidays the pool area was busy but there was always beds available. If you wanted the pick of the beds these are generally reserved by 7:30. The lifeguards kept their eyes peeled and ensured that no one was diving into the pool etc, they were all extremely friendly though wishing you a good morning and they really added to the experience. Shoutout to Nadir who was always round the pool around 6:30 am and helped me with the beds etc, he was always in a great mood. The pool bar team honestly were amazing, they were so friendly and again couldn’t do enough for you, they would regularly visit your sun beds and ask if you wanted anything to drink, shoutout to Philo who worked so hard and was always so friendly. In all honesty though they all deserve a shoutout, I just didn’t catch all there names. Grounds The grounds were beautiful and exceptionally well maintained, there were always people at work ensuring they were well kept! It was lovely to walk through every day. Beach/Sea The beach was very clean and well kept. There were always sun beds available and the privacy screens and parasols ensure you could have sun/shade whenever you wanted. After midday you couldn’t walk on the sand without wearing footwear as the sand was that hot. The sea was beautiful. It was crystal clear. To get into the sea though you really need to wear beach shoes as it’s rocky, there were a few sandy paths which helped when you walked out but shoes are needed. Due to the tide the sea was very shallow on the shore and you had to wade out quite far to be able to swim but when you got there, their was coral that you could snorkel around and it was full of life with lots of fish and even stingrays to swim with, it really was a highlight. You can also walk down the jetty and snorkel from there but the sea was rough most days so you need to be a confident swimmer to do this. Some days the red flag was up meaning you weren’t permitted to enter the sea at the jetty, this was policed by the lifeguards. If you do get in though there is a huge coral with lots of amazing sea life to observe. Entertainment: The entertainment team were amazing! They put on shows most nights and then had a party in the lobby terrace after the shows. They all worked so hard day and night to keep you entertained. A huge shoutout to Lucy who we had a lot of fun doing bocha/pool games with during the day and then made us laugh so much during the night after the shows. Shoutouts to Kane and Nina also who made the evenings so enjoyable for our daughter getting her up dancing and really taking the time to talk to her and having her laughing every night, a huge thankyou to those three. I would also like to mention Mohammed a waiter in the lobby terrace of an evening who was exceptional. He was immensely friendly, always coming back asking did we want anything else and making sure we never ran out of drinks. Overall we had an amazing family holiday! The service we received was outstanding and I honestly would like to say a huge thankyou to all the staff who worked so hard to give us an amazing experience.
Home from a fab holiday! Brilliant resort, the most friendly and attentive staff from any hotel we have ever been to, from the cleaners, gardeners, entertainment team, waiters and guest relations, nothing too much trouble! Big shout out to Bibo (A La carte restaurants) he went out of his way to make my youngest daughter’s holiday so special! Islam in main restaurant was fab too! Lucy in entertainment team was brilliant and persuaded my 12 year old to get involved! The girls in the Mymo club were amazing, especially Ulyana she made my daughters holiday, initially she was too shy to even join in the disco, Ulyana had such a lovely way of encouraging her to join in the family disco she made her feel so included she ended up going kids club twice a day! If anyone is looking to do any trips would highly recommend Falcon, we arranged private transfers with them, very reasonable and prompt, we also did 2 hour speed boat trip and our guide Mando was so good, he helped the whole family get involved with the snorkelling and took us to see the dolphins!
Hotel was very clean and close to the airport which was a huge benefit! Could always get a sunbed round the pool (even during half term). Rooms were excellent, spacious, and clean. Great aqua park with very few queues for slides. Gardens very beautiful, resort feels safe and staff are friendly and attentive. However, we have been to other magic life resorts in the past and felt that this one fell slightly flat for the following reasons: Coffee Shop doesn’t open until 3pm so no chance of getting a morning coffee. No themed restaurant nights, there was a wide variety of food but was the same most nights. No snack bar by the pool like other resorts have. If you are hungry at lunch time, you either need to head to the buffet restaurant or up to the water park which is a 10 min walk from the beach and activity pool. The umbrellas around the pool have big gaps between the planks of wood so do not provide total shade. We tried to put a towel over the top but it wouldn’t stay put (far from ideal when it’s UV11)!! No bottled water (I understand this is an attempt to be sustainable). All guests are given 2 glass bottles per day and can request more at reception. Didn’t realise until near the end of the week that these bottles were filled with filtered tap water. Made all 4 members of our party ill, with 2 of us still feeling unwell and having stomach issues a week after our return. A nice hotel but would probably try somewhere else next time
The property is extremely well-maintained and clean, and the beach is fantastic with very easy access to the water, making it perfect even for those who are not strong swimmers. The food at the main buffet and the A la Carte restaurants is of a high standard, with great quality drinks, including juices served from cartons rather than concentrates. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tamer (Room Division Manager), whose exceptional kindly approach made our experience truly memorable. A few small suggestions for improvement: The Egyptian evening would be better suited for the amphitheater, as the terrace can get quite crowded and stuffy, and the visibility is limited from the tables further away. Also, it would be great if the acrobat’s performance during the dance shows could be a bit longer, as it was very impressive.
We spent a long time trying to decide which hotel to choose for a girls’ getaway. In the end, we chose this hotel with relatively low expectations, simply because it has many properties in Turkey as well. However, from the moment we arrived, we realized we had made an excellent decision. When we reached the hotel, the check-in process was completed quickly, and we were able to access our room almost immediately. The front desk and bellboy team were highly professional. We encountered only a few minor issues during our stay, and all of them were resolved within minutes. The rooms, architecture, and location were all beautiful. That alone would have been enough for a great holiday, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hotel staff. No matter what their role was, there was always someone around to make you smile. I would like to thank a few people who helped create wonderful memories during our stay. First of all, we arrived a little concerned about the food, but we ended up absolutely loving the main restaurant. In fact, we never even felt the need to try the à la carte restaurants because the food in the main restaurant was consistently excellent. For this reason, I would like to thank Kitchen Director İlker for the lovely conversations and for maintaining the high standards that TUI hotels are known for. And of course, our tennis coach Misho... We had so much fun! A huge round of applause goes to the entertainment team, which is undoubtedly one of the hotel's greatest strengths for guests like us who come to have fun. Every single member of the team was kind, friendly, and welcoming. The activity schedule was so full from 8 a.m. until midnight that we often found ourselves wondering which activity to join next. Our favorites were the Latin dance class with Bjorn, Dance Yoga with Fidel, beach volleyball with Nina, and Boccia with Judy. Thank you to Josy for the lovely conversations and, of course, to Kane, the star of the evenings. There are many more entertainers on the team, and I would like to thank every one of them for their friendliness and great company. They are definitely one of the biggest reasons to visit this hotel again. In addition, there were many attentive waiters, bartenders, and chefs who made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Chef Ahmed during the Cooking Class; Kerim (x2) and Mustafa at the Beach Bar; Amr and Mohammed at the Terrace Bar; and Philo, El Sayed, and Ahmed at the Pool Bar. Thank you to every staff member whose name I may have forgotten but who made us laugh and brightened our days. The housekeeping team also prepared lovely surprises for us when we returned to our room in the evenings. I have attached a photo below. The paid activities also looked very appealing. We chose scuba diving, and it was an incredible experience. The spa team was extremely kind and highly skilled. I would definitely recommend the package that includes both a massage and a traditional hammam treatment. Everything was wonderful. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the evening dance music. Even so, we had an amazing time and danced every night until midnight. For me, this was the best destination that could be visited from Turkey during this time of year. Visiting regularly will definitely become a tradition for me. And without a doubt, TUI Magic Life will be my first choice every single time.

Home from a fab holiday! Brilliant resort, the most friendly and attentive staff from any hotel we have ever been to, from the cleaners, gardeners, entertainment team, waiters and guest relations, nothing too much trouble!
