Overall, we had a great stay at Magic Life TUI Egypt and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The biggest highlight of our holiday was the staff, who genuinely cared about their guests and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel has three à la carte restaurants, and here’s our honest feedback: Egyptian Restaurant: The service was excellent, and the starters and desserts were the standout courses. The main course, however, was a little dry and lacked flavour in places. With a few improvements to the seasoning and presentation, it could be even better. Italian Restaurant: Unfortunately, this was our least favourite of the three. The service felt quite robotic, with little personal interaction, and the food was served cold. We felt it lacked the authentic Italian touch that would have made the experience much more enjoyable. Indian Restaurant (Green Curry House): Without a doubt, this was the best of the three restaurants. The service was outstanding, the food was fresh, full of flavour, and every detail was spot on. The chefs and staff consistently went the extra mile, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that we even returned just for dessert because we enjoyed spending time there so much. The hotel itself was kept very clean throughout our stay, and the grounds were well maintained. The only area we feel could be improved is housekeeping. While the room was cleaned, the daily attention to detail could have been more consistent, especially for guests staying for a full week. On a few occasions, we had to find a housekeeping team member ourselves rather than having the room serviced proactively. A special mention also goes to the shops within the hotel complex. Peter was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests were happy. His excellent customer service made every visit a pleasure. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily recommend Magic Life TUI Egypt. The exceptional staff, clean facilities, and fantastic Indian restaurant made our stay memorable. With a few improvements to the Italian restaurant and housekeeping consistency, this hotel would be even better.

We had such a wonderful time together and the whole resort made it feel effortless. Bedding quality: The rooms were super comfortable. Clean, fresh linens and really supportive beds — we all slept great after busy days. Special thanks to Amr for keeping rooms #21119 & #21215 looking shinning every day and for his continuous availability. Food quality: The buffet had amazing variety for everyone. From Egyptian specialties to international dishes, kids’ options, and fresh fruit. Everything tasted fresh and the themed dinner nights were a hit. A La Carte restaurants are from those experiences you shouldn't miss; really delicious meals and very professional personnels. Animation professionals: The animation team was fantastic. Energetic, fun, and they got both kids and adults involved. Day activities, evening shows, and the mini-club kept our family entertained from morning to night. Many thanks to Misho and his team. Resort set-up: Beautiful, spacious grounds right by the beach with pools for all ages. Everything is easy to find and well maintained. Great balance of relaxing areas and spots for activities. Aqua Park is absolutely great and easy to access from the accommodation, with snacks and beverages prepared and served by vary attentive and careful staff (Ahmed, Mahmoud, Mohamed, ...) Staff kindness and availability: This is what stood out most. The staff were genuinely kind, always smiling, and so attentive without being pushy. Whether it was at reception, restaurants, or housekeeping, they went out of their way to help our family. Special thanks to Mahmoud (Head of Reception Staff) and his team for their availability, kidness and precious support. All in all, Magic Life Redsina felt like a true family resort. Great food, comfy rooms, and people who really care. We left with great memories and would 100% come back.

We came to this hotel last year before it changed to Magic life and immediately re booked for this year, the hotel is still great, our room was very nice and clean the bar and restaurant staff were amazing but sadly lots of little things let it down, last year the entertainment was fab. Live singer and violinist every night with professional dance show, this year dance, karaoke and bingo, if you don't dance or play pool games the entertainment team (except Lucy and Junior) ignore you. Loads of issues with electric constantly going off and one day 5 hrs no running water in the room, guest relations were very helpful but reception poor, on one occasion we asked for a taxi told 5 mins, 30 mins later asked again and they hadn't ordered it, sadly, we will not be back
