White Hills Resort

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks at White Hills. To say the staff cant do enough for you is a understatement. I am sorry if I cant remember all your names but these areas of service in particular shone out. Adults pool - The manager always had a smile on his face and always made us laugh with his reference to Big boss (me) and Big Big Boss the wife! Plus never an issue getting sunbeds. Beech Bar and Mediterranean Restaurant at night. Decent selection of lunch time food with excellent Pizza's. The evening meal again was very good but only one vegetarian main which was Mushroom Risotto but very tasty, well according to the wife! Again the staff were helpful nothing to much trouble and service excellent. Main Restaurant. Good selection of Buffet Food, as it was half outdoor they kept two areas so the smokers never caused us a problem. Yet again staff on the ball and the one evening one of the waiters served us warm white wine, one of the more senior waiters had it sorted in minutes! Asian Restaurant. Wonderful food as good as anything I have eaten in much more expensive places, the Seabass was particularly good. Seafood Restaurant - Didn't eat at the wife is vegetarian and they don't cater for her plus you had to pay in addition. In saying that some friends had a wonderfully Lobster diner. Indian Restaurant - Cant comment as I don't eat Curry's! The rooms themselves were always spotless and the two lads who cleaned over the two weeks did a great job. The evening entertainment was decent and the day time pool party's were fun, well from what I can remember.......... All in all we had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the resort and had an amazing holiday overall, made even more special because we got engaged during our stay! Check-in was quick, easy and welcoming, setting a great tone for the holiday. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, with staff always friendly, attentive and eager to help. The only area that could be improved is the vegan food offering and, in particular, the labelling of vegan options across all restaurants. As a vegan guest, I found it difficult at times to identify suitable dishes. While the team reassured us that they could prepare almost anything on request, I would have preferred to see more clearly labelled vegan choices readily available on menus and buffets. Following feedback about this, we were kindly upgraded to the Posh Club, which made a huge difference to our experience. The vegan options on the menu were excellent, and the chef was fantastic in preparing additional dishes to order when needed. A special mention must go to the team in the main buffet restaurant and the Posh Club, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The lifeguard was incredibly attentive, helping with towels and regularly moving parasols throughout the day to ensure guests could enjoy either sun or shade as they preferred. The bar staff were amazing, always friendly and efficient, and the chef went above and beyond to accommodate dietary requirements. The highlight of our holiday was undoubtedly our engagement. The staff at the Posh Club helped my fiancé arrange the most wonderful and memorable dinner, making the occasion truly magical and one we will never forget. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. Despite the issues with vegan labelling, we had a fantastic holiday and left with memories that will last a lifetime.

We recently stayed at White Hills Resort and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and throughout our stay we felt genuinely well taken care of by the staff. A special mention goes to the Posh Club, which was one of the highlights of our vacation. We used the Posh restaurant for most of our meals, drinks, and daily relaxation, and the service was consistently outstanding. The atmosphere was calm and exclusive, the team was attentive, and every visit felt enjoyable and effortless. It quickly became our favorite place in the resort. We would also like to give special thanks to Talal, our butler, who played a huge role in making our stay so comfortable. He was always available, incredibly responsive, and happy to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was helping with reservations, arranging requests, or simply making sure everything was going smoothly, Talal handled everything professionally and with genuine care. His attention to detail and willingness to help never went unnoticed. What stood out most during our stay was the overall level of hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and that is something that truly makes a difference. Thank you to the entire White Hills Resort team, the wonderful Posh Club staff, and especially Talal for helping create such a memorable vacation. We rarely return to the same hotel twice, but this is definitely a place we would be happy to visit again.
