White Hills Resort

We recently stayed at White Hills Sharm El Sheikh and unfortunately came away feeling disappointed overall. The rooms are looking tired and could really do with some TLC. Our room wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived, although to the hotel’s credit, this was addressed promptly during our stay. The biggest letdown was the food in the main buffet restaurant. The lunch and dinner options were extremely repetitive, with very little variety from one day to the next. For a hotel advertising itself as 5-star, we expected a much better dining experience. The standout feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but a special mention goes to the pool lifeguards and bar staff, who worked incredibly hard and consistently provided excellent service. If you’re considering staying here, I would strongly recommend paying the extra to upgrade to the Posh Club. The difference is significant—you’ll have access to freshly cooked food made to order each day, and the overall level of service and attention is much better. Without the upgrade, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. As well-travelled guests who have stayed in many 5-star resorts, we don’t feel White Hills lived up to its 5-star rating.

The location , the atmosphere , the service , food and staff were amazing and high quality hotel. The rooms also great and i did enjoy the hotel’s beach and beach and pool staff .. thanks to bader from the bar near the terrace of the lobby who was patient with all (hard drunk) clients and normal clients.. thanks to farouk and fathy at the main pool bar who took care of kids requests with lots of love and respect… The house keeping and Mohammed who was cleaning building number 46 … super caring and clean gentleman.. we go to the beach and there i could never explain the feeling of the best beach service in my life.. Jamaica is the man down there for cocktails and service .. abo alfotouh and rafiq… I enjoyed every minute and will reserve soon to come back I ❤️ Whitehills Hotel

All I can say is all the staff I came in contact with were professional and very friendly the bar staff were exceptional very attentive with Ben, Conor and the girls fantastic hosts I have promised to return and will great site and great customer service

Wow just wow. What a place 1st time in Egypt and what a place to start this hotel has everything. We have nothing to critique the hotel itself the rooms the towel designs by house keeping were best ever seen the swim up pool the cleanliness the waiters the bar staff the butler everything just perfect. We did not want for nothing. Posh club was perfect and they did everything to go above and beyond. and we will definitely return.

Boscage resturant is perfect, the staff are brilliant and they will do absolutely everything you ask them to do, cannot reccomend them enough.
