Late review of my solo trip to White Hills in June 2026. This resort was literally a dream resort, so good in fact that I’m going back at the end of this month. Had the most amazing time with the most amazing people, from the hotel staff, restaurant staff and the soft entertainment team all who were beyond amazing. All beautiful souls both inside and out. A special thank you to Shania Jaymal in the entertainment team who went above and beyond always, the resort are lucky to have such amazing staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at White Hills Resort. I booked my stay through a legitimate online booking platform and paid in full in advance. My reservation was confirmed, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was checked in and given a guest wristband. However, after the reception staff noticed that I had booked at a very good rate, they cut off my wristband and told me that I had no reservation and that my name was not in their system. This was extremely embarrassing and upsetting. After a long discussion, they admitted that my reservation did exist. I was then informed that the issue was related to my nationality and that guests from different countries are expected to pay different prices. I found this to be discriminatory, unfair, and completely unacceptable from a five-star hotel. If the hotel has different pricing policies based on nationality or market, this should be made clear before a booking is confirmed. Online booking platforms do not ask guests where they are from before confirming and accepting payment. Once a reservation is confirmed and paid for, it should be honored without discrimination. I hope the management reviews this policy and ensures that all guests are treated with fairness, professionalism, and respect, regardless of their nationality

Sorry this review is very overdue - we came in June and had a wonderful time what a beautiful hotel. Made even better by the wonderful staff our service was second to none. We stayed very close to the Infinity Pool - we were not Posh Club and can’t imagine receiving a better service than we did. Rooms were lovely, our room was 44203 very spacious, stayed at the Infinity Pool during the day, Abdullah our lifeguard was amazing and Nader who ran the bar what amazing guys made our holiday such lovely guys could not do enough for you. Need to put a big thank you out to Olivia Customer Service Manager who was absolutely fantastic helping us with reservations and our rooms - what an asset to the hotel. Also Mustafa Head Chef - thank you for making all the restaurants we visited such a great experience and the food was to a very high standard. Generally we loved the Food and drink was wonderful really enjoyed the fillet steak and the salmon at the Mediterranean - Asian was very good too, during the day beach bar honestly everyone was incredible. Loved the little bus stops where you could order a cart to take you up and down the resort. The entertainment team were great work so hard did some great shows and parties. Honestly we had the best time absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. Keep up the hard work because your beautiful hotel is wonderful and your staff really go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful holiday.
