So nice place for you're vacation!

Brilliant staff at this hotel, so polite and happy, nothing is too much trouble.Really appreciated chef Ayman chatting to us, our room cleaner Hisham always happy to help, waiters in the buffet restaurant work hard and are a credit to this hotel, Thankyou Shenouda and Ahmed for looking after us and Nasseem always polite and these staff make such a positive difference. George at the Dolphin pool bar; amazing man, so attentive, George the restaurant manager, again it makes a difference you take the trouble to ask our opinions, great reasons to return to this hotel.

Overall, we had a really good experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it—especially for families with children. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ahmed from the housekeeping team—he was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Every day he surprised us by making different towel animals like a crocodile, rabbit, and even a giraffe and leaving them in our room. It really made our stay extra special, and we truly appreciate his effort. The food was decent. It wasn’t the most flavorful at times, but there were plenty of options to choose from. The salad bar, however, was always fresh and delicious. There were just a couple of downsides. My spouse accidentally left a hat behind, and since we had a very late check-out at 1:30 AM, we were told that access to lost items was not available at that time. This didn’t feel very practical, as guests checking out late should still be able to retrieve their belongings. Although the hotel has a system and we were able to locate the item through photos, we couldn’t actually collect it. Another issue was that after midnight, all drinks—even basic ones like tea, coffee, or hot chocolate for kids—were charged extra, despite having an all-inclusive package. It would be much better if at least non-alcoholic hot drinks were included for guests at all hours. Despite these small issues, we had a very nice stay and made great memories. I would still recommend this hotel and hope they improve these minor points in the future.

5 of us went on holiday to Sharm El Sheikh. Location of hotel close to Mcdonalds on the same road, easy cheap taxis and lots to do in Naama Bay and old market. I would recommend the Xperience Kirosiev Parkland hotel for families. Also the food was amazing for almost 3000 uk pounds its realy good all inclusive 5 of us including transfer and flights with easyjet and whatsapp wifi in hotel. Make sure you get 4 wifi codes from receptipn as some might not work and a code only for one device. As you walk into reception on the left is easyjet qr code with update info on flight and transfer. Staff listen try and help got us a cot for child and laundry and housekeeping stocked up our rooms. Ahmad big thank you from housekeeping nice guy realy helpful. Food good, all inclusive drinks, slushy and ice creams nice. Pools really good cleaned every day and kids loved it it and Aqua park was really good. Airport dont like you taking coke can in luggage, got mine took off me, so buy it from the restaurants in there. Make sure you have droppped off suitcases Asap as drop off times not long. Get late check out on the dy worth it for an extra meal and more time in the pool.
