Second stay in 4 months and i would return time and time again the staff are amazing! Especially Mohammed from the atrium restaurant nothing was too much always full drinks always amazing with the children he remembered us from the previous stay and where we like to sit in the restaurant he also arranged a birthday table for my little girl and decorated it with fresh flowers! Dont listen to the bad reviews the holiday is what you make of it! We enjoyed everything the people the food entertainment was finished a little early but we didnt mind too much travelling with little ones! Rooms were kept clean and animal displays made daily for the kids! Carlos at the pool bar was fantastic! All round another fantastic stay

Had a great stay at this hotel over New Year as a solo guest for 1 week. Room - excellent, comfortable, and kept clean by the lovely Karim who makes the best towel animals. Water replenished daily. Mohamand and Syed, 2 lovely friendly guys at the large pool, ensured I had a sunlounger every day. George at the bar there made sure I had whatever drinks I wanted. Great service. Waiters in the restaurant are friendly and efficient, food is good, varied, and plentiful. Excellent service in the lounge bar from Ashraf, Bissem, and Bashoy - great guys, very experienced and so friendly. Caroline in guest services is just the best! The staff at this hotel work extremely hard all of the time for very little pay. Appreciate them and tip them for the best service. A great hotel, I would recommend and I will return

All of the staff were friendly and professional. The front desk were business like but were professional and to be fair that’s just how they should be. The ladies on the desk at the side of reception were good in particular the English lady who was patient and knowledgeable. Bar staff and restaurant staff were great too. Food was great, three à la carte restaurants that were free for Tui guests. The two main restaurants had cooking stations which included in rotation roast meets inc duck! There was always at least four or five things we liked every night. There is always fresh pasta stations, chicken dishes and white fish in a light batter. They had traditional Koftas and shwarmer. One heated pool and one not heated. There is a third hidden outdoor pool if you fancy the challenge of finding it. Rooms were big and air conditioned and in a good state of repair. Cleaner on the first floor in the main 1100 block was brilliant and good fun. Kettle and brewing tackle in the room, local tea bags were very good. Evening entertainment was ok with a singer on in the lounge bar most nights. In waves they had karaoke and a pop quiz the volume in there was ridiculously loud no need as it’s a small room. We did the free bus to the beach more for a change, free Sun beds, various drinks and a few snacks also for free.

we returned to the parkland hotel this week after coming for a girls holiday in september 25! Yet again what a fantastic experience with value for money! September 25 we were blown away by the friendly staff, the relaxed feel, and luxury of having drinks brought to you pool side! so we decided to bring our 8 year old daughters. if your going for a special occasion it's well worth letting them know! they go over and above! Staff/ waiters/ Bar staff We were remembered by more than one waiter/ bar staff, who were delighted that we brought our girls back for a visit! They defo made the holiday for them and us! We had some fantastic service from the Atrium manager Ashaf was so accommodating, and he made sure of the smooth running of the restaurant and that are needs were catered for! Mohamed and youssef who serve-drinks, as well as the table cleaners mohamed, hassan, esam went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was everything we hoped for and more! These are the things that made our holiday fun and will make us come back again! The bar men carlos, mina and khalaf were friendly, attentive and sometimes a little enthusiastic with our drinking expectations! We had a few merry nights let's just say! Rooms We booked a double rooms (each of us with 1 adult and 1 child) and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to superior double queen rooms! fantastic service off the cleaning staff who constantly left lovely towel displays for our girls to enjoys! The rooms were clean and looked lovely. each room comes with a safe, a hair dryer in the bathroom, a mini fridge and all rooms have air con! Guest relations rang daily to check if we needed anything. Entertainment! We met a lovely British entertainer called Lilly who remembered our girls and took the time to stop and talk to them and us when she was passing or seen them at events such as the foam party or pizza making! Kids club was a little disappointing, with not many children attending and then not doing much with the girls in the kids club during the day (a huge contrast to what we heard about during our september visit, so we're thinking time of year was the issue) Evening entertainment was okay but this didn't really bother us too much and it was usually finnished by 9:20 unless you went to the waves bar for late entertainment! Pools There are some lovely pools in this hotel, dolphin pool , tropicana pool, and the splash park/aqua park pools which are heated in the winter months.. (during the summer they were all stunning and not ice boxes) We were disappointed that half way through our holiday the splash park was dug up for refit which we wasn't made aware of (but i guess it needs to be done at some point as the hotel doesn't close all year) we did love the aqua park slides! cleanliness We have always found the hotel cleaning to generally be fantastic, there was an issue with the toilets where parents let their kids go in unattended and they made a huge mess, this was sorted within the hour and was all back to normal! Tables are constantly being cleaned and reset in the food areas and they are spot on..... Food/ beverages! Generally the food here was fantastic quality, and even my fussy daughter found something to eat every day! They always had chips and pasta available during lunch and dinner service! Also i seen more than one person with diary requirements speak to the chefs or head chef and they will cook up specially for you We always chose to eat at the atrium rather than the sultan or pharaoh restaurant from our general experience in september, we found a little more choice at the Atrium and we loved the staff there. Each restaurant has a theme every night (different for both so you can always use the other) My theory is have a try and you'll see if you like it, just don't come here expecting a full range of british foods all the time! breakfast usually consisted of omelettes/eggs, pancakes/waffles, beef sausages and beef bacon (remember your in a muslim country) eggs, porridge, cereal, fruits and your general breads, salads and cold meats as usual with holidays abroad. Trips and travel, the hotel provide daily trips to their own beaches which a drinks service and sometimes lunch is provided, they also provide trips to naama bay or soho square at a small cost, taxi services are also available from the hotel and safer then using outside companies! noise and nightlife There is a nightclub locally they you can occasionally hear, but it didn't bother us at all....... as with all of sharm, you can see the plains over head (every about 10/15 min during the day in summer, every about 30 min this time of year) did this bother us, nope! The parkland has a hidden gem of a pool, go search for it (i'm not telling you as it's a secret, but does have a life guard and a bar) Generally would we come back, yes hopefully in september again (be aware it's hot hot) What would we change? Defo kids entertainment/ kids club activities...... It's value for what you're paying for, and for a bit of sun!

This is for the Coral Beach part of the hotel. NOT the hotel itself I'd like to thank all the Coral Beach staff for making our days memorable. Firstly to Ahmed the life guard. WHAT A GUY! He went out of his way to make our days fantastic. He took us snorkeling, showed us the reel and the fish. Kept us safe and made sure we enjoyed ourself. Thank u my friend. Ur a star 🌟 Secondly to the other Ahmed. He made sure we wanted for nothing. Always they to get what we needed. Some boy! To Michael the bar man, he never stopped running around to help us. We and beyond what we expected tbh. And finallynto the restaurant guy. Can't remember his name but he also works in the onsite Indian restaurant. He was amazing at.looking after us both. I cant thank u all enough. U helped us make amazing memories and we'll both never forget that guys. THEY ALL ARE A CREDIT TO THIS HOTEL. Go see them and tell them we said hi 👋 Mark & Lisa Hodge
