Me and my wife have had a really good time at this hotel. This isn't our first time visiting and definitely won't be our last. You cannot fault anyone here. The staff couldn't so enough for you. From the bartenders to the waiters to the lifeguards and cleaners. Everyone is amazing. Special shout out to the animation team. They are the best always so fun friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We came to the hotel for our hunnymoon and what a mistake it was the hotel is a nice big size but disappointing 😞 in many other ways we are English but there isn't any thing on a menu between 3 food halls for English people my wife has had to live on white rice and beef in gravy for aweek this hotel DONT do food for the English people we have heard people saying that they havnt eaten for days because of this the hotel is in the middle of no were taxi rides everywhere the bathroom is realy nice apart from the black mold on the shower wall tiles Personally we normally stay in a 4 start in marmaris turkey 🇹🇷 and get alot more for our money 💰 and close to everywhere We would never visit sharm again entertainment isn't the best they play English songs but only half but play there music all the way through it is bad don't bother We now have to do our hunnymoon all over again thanks to this disappointment

Went today for a pedicure. I have muscle issues and my legs were seized, the young lady dealt with my problems wonderfully, even though my legs/feet were hard to place. Whilst I was there, a young gentleman was plaiting a little girls hair who had autism or similar. She looked about 9yrs, The way he dealt with her, singing the same tune every time she got stressed. It was heartwarming to witness. The service was amazing and would highly recommend.
