We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, with plenty to see and do nearby, making each day both exciting and easy to plan. The accommodation was excellent – clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was fantastic throughout, and the customer relations team were outstanding, offering excellent support, being consistently friendly, and always going the extra mile to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Caroline Overall, the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming, which really enhanced the experience from the moment we arrived. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, making the whole holiday feel effortless and enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

We have just got back from here an had the most amazing time away. We have booked to come again next Easter. The staff was brilliant! The staff who was outside the restaurant and the waiters was always welcoming. The head chef came out and spoke to me about food because I had to have a fat free diet and made me food every night. Ashraf he looked.us all the time from the Waves bar. The man who worked in the pool bar by the heated pool was lovely to the lifeguards who helped me get my sun bed sorted. The cleaner Ahmed who did our room ever day was lovely and nothing was to much trouble. We had a really great experience in Egypt and really looking forward to coming back next year 🇪🇬🇪🇬🇪🇬

Brilliant staff at this hotel, so polite and happy, nothing is too much trouble.Really appreciated chef Ayman chatting to us, our room cleaner Hisham always happy to help, waiters in the buffet restaurant work hard and are a credit to this hotel, Thankyou Shenouda and Ahmed for looking after us and Nasseem always polite and these staff make such a positive difference. George at the Dolphin pool bar; amazing man, so attentive, George the restaurant manager, again it makes a difference you take the trouble to ask our opinions, great reasons to return to this hotel.
