We absolutely loved the location of the hotel after having previously stayed at some other all inclusive hotels that have basically been in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is about a 35min walk into Naama Bay although the hotel run a shuttle service in the evening every 2nd night at 8pm which costs $1 return and picks up at 11pm. We used a taxi one night to return a bit earlier which was good value at 300egp. We spent most of our day at the Dolphin pool which is lovely and quiet and was virtually empty every day of the week we were there. Needless to say there was no such thing as “sun bed wars” which was a welcome bonus. Both barmen here during our stay, Ashraf and Flemon were amazing and spent all day going round making sure we were topped up with drinks, nothing was too much bother. The lifeguard at this pool, Ahmed, was also fantastic getting us some lovely soft mattresses daily to put on top of the sun lounger - we really felt looked after and they all got to know us over the course of our stay. The main pool looked like a lot of fun with foam party, water polo etc if this is more your type of thing. Our room was 1110 on the first floor close to reception overlooking the pool. We loved being within easy reach of everything and most things in the room were amazing. The only small complaint we would have is the small shower screen which doesn’t stop the water from the shower overflowing onto the bathroom floor and soaking the bathmat. I’m sure the cleaner must get fed up having to mop this up daily. Speaking of the housekeeping staff, we had Abdul who was THE BEST at keeping the room tidy and also impressing us with his towel art daily! He had such a great sense of humour and really made us laugh! The food was ok at best although saying that, I am quite a fussy eater and always found something. We also chose to eat out 3 nights of our 7 night stay but this was due to as mentioned previously, how easy it was to access the restaurants in nearby Naama Bay. The service in the restaurants I wouldn’t say is great, the waiters do not seem keen to serve you when they see you sitting and we had to ask quite a few times to be served. Thinking it might be easier just to go and get our own drinks at the bar area, we were usually told to take a seat and they would bring them over … so it was a bit confusing as to what they really want you to do. We didn’t use the spa, à la carte restaurants or waterpark so can’t comment on these. Most evenings we spent in the Waves bar in the main lobby and a special mention to the barman here, Abdhalla, who was amazing. He always remembered our order and also really looked after us. That’s the best thing about this hotel … the staff, they really can’t do enough for you and it feels so nice to be looked after. Please if you can, tip them as and when you can as they really deserve the recognition. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay, would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

First time at the hotel, and a great stay. We were 4 adults and 2 children age 14 and 10. Waterpark was great, good selection of slides. Good selection of food, and children managed to find something they enjoyed. Carlos and George looked after us at yhe main pool bar, and Bishoy at the bar near our room. Mina was fab in the restaurant, as were lots of staff. So attentive and willing to help. Foam party was such good fun but dont expect alot from the evening entertainment. Booked via Falcon for trips, and transfer who were use each time, and great, as always. Downside to the hotel, photographers! Massage, trip and tattoo sellers asked once and thst was it, and weren't rude. Photographers did keep at us and so expensive! Wanted £150 for 25 photos, which would be sent via Whats App! They need to have a price list and show at the beginning. Aside from that, great holiday.

Absolutely fantastic hotel best place I have stayed, Mina at reception and all staff that we dealt with were all amazing people who just want you to have a great stay. From when we arrived to when we checked out they were amazing.

Good hotel and complex, clean, tidy with good food. Never visited beach via their transport, accessibility to this seem uncertain. Food was good, not excellent, choice was limited, but what was there was good quality. Limited seats when busy so did have to wait on two occasions, but waiters do try to find you seats. Pool area was clean and bar staff bring you drinks, and unlike some places in Egypt there is no ask or pressure for tips. Evening bars was good. Inside the bar could do with some more comfortable seats, especially since limited seating outside. Went in November, so was quieter, but could imagine some areas are a bit crowded in peak season. Very good value in November, unsure if be worth peak season prices? But is a good site. Would recommend for families as was clean, safe and appeared generally secure. There is a night club on site to for over 18s

We moved from another hotel to this one and and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The food was up there with the best I've experienced in any hotel. Staff were also very friendly apart from one very rude staff member who carried a Macaw bird around photographing people. He would constantly harrace my partners 13 yr old daughter making her feel very uncomfortable, despite us asking him to leave her alone multiple times. He tried it again on our last day and again we told him to shove off. His response was unacceptable.... 'Why' he said with an attitude. At this point his boss caught him and pulled him away but I could clearly see him doing the same to other young girls later on
