Dont ever book this hotel !!! We have had such terrible things happen , me and my family have been coming to sharm for 7 years , twice a year , we no exactly how they should operate. Firstly when we arrived which was very late , we checked in to our room , and my 3 years old daughter found a used condom on the floor under the bed . Then we had our cleaner steal money from our room , to top it off they brought my daugher a cot that had all slats missing and sharp screws hanging off . The manager emad , didnt care less at our terrible experiences , we asked for a good will gesture to have a later check out time , and the management declined. On a positive note the barman george by the dolphin pool and lily who works in kids club were ever so kind and amazing at making us and our children welcome , ive never wrote a review before , but i have to advise you guys , do NOT waste your money here , there are so many lovely hotels in sharm for the same price .this hotel is NOT A 5*

Hotel fantastic . Home 48 hours missing it so much , weather fantastic , from room to food and drink were excellent , the staff are a credit to the hotel they work so hard , it 2 hotels you can use both , we didn’t see the internment we were out every night , back for Christmas this was my first time to Egypt and it won’t be my last I left my heart in Egypt

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! the staff are absolutely amazing! Rooms were cleaned daily and spotless! Bar /restaurant staff were top tier and treated us like royalty and my little boy Albie loved them all! As did we, we cried when saying goodbye! Mina doing the outside cooking was the loveliest guy and always had a smile on his face! Ahmed and Mustafa in the restaurant was fantastic and very kind and funny! Entertainment was amazing! from aqua gym, competitions, fire shows belly dancers! There was always something going on 😊 Ahmed our hotel representative was 1st class and made us feel welcome straight away and looked after us throughout our stay! Must check out the guy sherif making the sand bottles in the hotel it's beautiful! The hotel was always being cleaned gardeners kept everything perfect and pool and maintance were brilliant! Food was delicious from fresh fish and prawns to steak and moussaka! there was something different every night and all tasted delicious! Plus plenty of variety for children too, fruit and veg to burgers and chips we were all catered for! And don't get me started on the desserts 😍 🤭 Reception were very helpful and polite! we checked out at 12 noon and wasn't getting collected until 7pm, they said we could use all the facilities, go to the spa for a shower and provided towels, we still could have lunch and soft drinks around the pool! We felt so looked after from beginning to end! There was lots of trips to do and lots too see from heavenly cathedrals to boat trips in national parks, quad biking, snorkeling and camel rides we did the lot! The hotel is very close to all the local attractions so we got to do alot of site seeing! Plus it's very close to the airport so no long transfer journeys! Also as we were a family they gave us connectioning rooms! which made the holiday so much more special as we could have our own space but still be a family unit! Honestly if I could rate this a 10 star I would! We will miss you Hotel Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland and will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you do much for our wonderful stay! Shukran! I love the place here so much and love the party’s,I love animation so much

Had tattoo booked with mark at the hotel, service and from the hotel and the tattoo studio and staff was exceptional 10/10 and the quality of the tattoo was out of this world will definitely be going back.
