amazing hotel all round rooms clean never dirty food can be lilttle repetive but ok ,, hotel staff all round amazing looking out for me boys ans big shout out to alice who is a rep and wat an amazing lady looked after us soo good and bas the barman in reception outstanding all round defo booking again

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we were a party of 4 adults and 4 children. From the room, all the pools, food, drink and staff including the cleaners. We stayed in room 3123 and it was perfect the cleaner Abdul was amazing !! Rooms and grounds were always spotless and my kids loved coming back after a busy pool day to see which towel animals he had made. The waterpark was fantastic !! Perfect for older and younger children. The pool party was fabulous !. We loved it soo much we are returning next August. The staff couldn’t do enough for us especially around the waterpark and lobby bar bringing drinks constantly and the kids slushies. Food was beautiful different theme each night and all cooked perfectly. We can’t wait to return.

Unreal hotel. Have had the best time with my family here. Best entertainers and program here. Special shoutout to Alice, Mahmoud and Sultan they really are the stars of this hotel. They have been so amazing to us as a family couldnt ask for better.

Absolutely amazing experience my masseuse was very experienced and impressive. I booked a package and so happy I did as no way would I get this level of care and attention in the uk. The best massage I’ve ever had ❤️
