Honestly don't even know where to start. Absolutely eveyone working in the hotel is an Asset to your business. Very professional, kind and give you a family feel. Eveyone was amazing, very helpful. Starting with 2 animators: so lively, happy, cheerful and kind Dasha and Aksiniya made not just us but our little daughter so so happy. We couldn't miss a single occasion with them. For us it was always so special. Definitely the highlight of the trip. Now to the children room, unfortunately I have remembered only Irma's name. She was so wonderful with all children and it was so lovely to be there. There was a second lady wearing glasses. We loved you both. Now to the staff in the dining room. Thank you so much all for all those delicious purees my Scarlett had every day and arranging them to be send to the room. You have made our holiday so seamless. Reception team who had organised BD cakes 🎂 which was soooo delicious 😋 And oh my... I will be missing breakfast terribly, compliments to the Chef. And imagine you love something made by chefs there and ask if they can customise it specially for breastfeeding mother and they ensure it's done to perfection and being personally to you at every single breakfast. I'm feeling so guilty not rememberimg your name. Im refering to the gentleman at toasted cheese sandwiches counter and 1 more gentleman at yoghurt counter who had always remembered my order and was sparing one for me 😊 how amazing. That's more than 5 stars review. I would give 20 if i could. Thanks you for eveyone who was looking after our room. It was always so spotless. Thank you, Amber for being so sweet and kind and treating our baby with delicious 😋 green apple litteraly every day you have seen her. Thank you, Martha for always welcoming us at the Breakfast ❤️ you are so wonderful ❤️ About the hotel has spectacular view and located litteraly next to the Presidential Palace and Emirates Hotel. Location couldn't be better! Breakfast was delicious 😋 with huge variety for sweet tooth and savoury type of people. All facilities were on point. Thanks to Smita for the wonderful experience of Swedish massage and fixing my foot. Will definitely come back again and will continue recommending to all ny friends and family. While staying at your hotel, only showed few pics to people I have met in Abu Dhabi and some have even rebooked to this hotel as it is absolutely Fantastic. They have all enjoyed their stay. We stayed at this hotel from 22 February to 1 March. However, due to the terrible events in the region at that time, we had to stay longer and wait for someone to take us home. On 6 March, we returned safely! We would like to express our immense gratitude to the hotel management and staff for supporting us during such a difficult time for all of us. The hotel extended our stay, provided us with meals and helped us in every way possible. The stay at the hotel itself was very comfortable, the food, beach, responsiveness of the staff and hotel services were always excellent, but at this time it helped us especially. We even became friends with the hotel's cheerful and sociable chef. We wish them all health and prosperity. Peace to us all! Room 706.

Great hotel with very attentive service. We stayed in Family Room with Kitchenette, the room was large, well maintained, very quiet and with beautiful view of Qasr Al Watan. The breakfast selection was very diverse. Definitely will stay here again.

The Khalidiya Palace is a self-described family hotel that is anything but. A true family hotel would recognize that dads are parents and would provide public facilities where a dad can change their infant child while using the beach and pool (or just at breakfast). Khalidiya Palace does not. The only changing table is in the women’s changing room—a place a man obviously cannot go. Not only that, a staff member at one point decided to ask me if I was divorced simply because I was traveling alone with my daughter. And, lest anyone think otherwise, having changing facilities that aren’t accessible to men was not a problem anywhere else in Abu Dhabi. It was only an issue at Khalidiya Palace. Setting aside that issue, the pool was quite nice and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. Service at the sit down restaurants was atrocious. Hot water in the room was inconsistent and the hotel clearly is in bad need of an update to its plumbing fixtures and hot water supply. Overall, I would’ve been satisfied with my stay given price if the hotel recognized that dads are parents too. But that’s a big if. As a father, the failure to recognize that I too care for my children is a bright line test that this hotel fails. I would suggest that any family where a dad has a role in child care stay elsewhere.

had a great experience at Khalidiya Palace by Rotana, especially at Horizon – the main restaurant. Special thanks to Vanessa the supervisor - Horizon for her kindness and for making me feel truly welcome and special. Also, thank you to Khokhan , Shaleh and Alamgir for the excellent service and the amazing coffee. The whole team was professional, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended!
