Overall stay and experienced was great we were assisted very well from reception by Julie,Thea,Brene. Rooms are very spacious clean and vibrant and up to the restaurant we went for our sumptuous breakfast experienced.

Our recent Couples Retreat held last April 18–19 at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the entire team were truly commendable. The seamless coordination, warm welcome, and attentive service created a relaxing and memorable two-day experience for all our participants. The facilities were impeccably maintained, the ambiance was serene, and the overall atmosphere perfectly complemented the essence of our retreat. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the staff who assisted us throughout our stay especially Reema at the reservation. A very special commendation goes to the lifeguards at both the pool and beach areas. Their vigilance, professionalism, and proactive support provided an overwhelming sense of safety and reassurance to all our guests. Their presence was not only visible but genuinely comforting, ensuring that everyone could fully enjoy the amenities with confidence and peace of mind. Kudos to the entire team for delivering outstanding service and for going above and beyond to make our event successful. Our overall experience at the hotel was exceptional—from check-in to check-out. Julie at reception was welcoming and efficient, the bellmen and housekeeping staff were attentive and professional, and Soukayna from the meeting rooms ensured everything ran seamlessly. Special thanks as well to Reema in reservations and Mr. Akhil for their outstanding support. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return, especially with friends.
