I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana. Our stay was truly amazing and memorable from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, spacious rooms and stunning sea views that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would like to give special recognition to some of the outstanding team members who made our stay extra special. Brin from the Front Office was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Since it was my wife's birthday, he arranged a birthday cake for us, turning a special occasion into an unforgettable memory. Thank you as well to Alex, Christian, Julie, and Arnael from the Front Desk for their excellent service and hospitality. A special mention also goes to Ohid from Recreation, who helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable for the whole family. My wife, daughter, mother, sister, and I had a fantastic time and truly appreciated the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Abu Dhabi.

The thing is, every time we stay here, whether to dine or to sleep, we find it amazingly good and surprising just like the first time, even though we have been here regularly like once a month or more. The taste, the ambience, the amenities, the perks, the services and the staffs are just like trained miss universe and mr universe. All are cordial, corteous and always smiling. It is very relaxing and enligthening to just see them, say hello to them and smile back with them. What a relief from daily stress with work and battles on the ground. The staffs are kind of stress relievers you know. They are sweet and gentle as if you are with them for the longest time. Rhiza, is just like a cotton balls or a pillow maybe, she's very refreshing to be with, she's just a craddle with a gentle touch and caress. Rhiza, emulates what is meant by the word living in a palace, Kalidiyah palace, because she treats guests like kings and queens. In short, Rhiza is a best representative, an excellent ambasadress. Well, we really love Rhiza and the rest of her team who served us for our 2 nights stay. As usual, we have the best experience in our lifetime, one of many ( we soon comeback again). The Horizon group headed by Adeel, and the chef whose presence makes our apetite more comforting. And by the way, thank you for the directress in FMB ( sorry to forgot her name- she's very pretty though) for the cake on my birthday and for her special attention. To the crew who promptly address our request and concerns in our rooms, they are really fantastic. Kuddos to them. The gardener, whom we greeted while weeding grass near the swimming pool, is by surprised glad perhaps with our gesture and in return gave my wife a beautiful flower in appreciation. Truly, good deeds bear good fruits. To the gardener, to the towel boy, to the life guards, and to the other crews, no matter the job titles are, we are all delighted for their kindest heart. absolutely stunning beach view from my room. Rooms is cozy and clean. and most especially the food is great and a variety and sumptuos breakfast, lunch and dinner.The pool is huge and clean.
