Staff very friendly and welcoming we had dinner and Ciara she was so friendly and always smiling also chef Sumedha he came to our table felt the love from this restaurant for breakfast fast chef Jeremy also so sweet and went extra mile for us in total all staff at the restaurant are so welcoming not forgetting the hostess Martha really enjoyed will definitely come back

After a very bad start - arriving at 2am after a very long flight and being made to wait unnecessarily we ended up having a lovely stay at this hotel. I found the front desk staff at check in to be very inconsiderate and non empathetic towards us. A few days later a guest relations staff member also spoke to us regarding our concerns at check in. It felt like she was only giving us lip service and not ACTUALLY addressing our concerns. It wasn't until we spoke to Mr Ahmed Hassan, Assistant Director of Front Office that our concerns were actually heard. He took time to sit with us and listen. His attentive nature and aim to keep us happy was one of the things that made our stay very pleasant. The restaurant staff were amazing at the hotel. Mr Adeel & Mr Rami were very attentive and took time to speak to guests. Both chef Umesh & Mahesh were kindly made my husband paratha for breakfast each day as well as a delicious butter chicken one evening. Our waiter Yasin was one of the friendliest we have encountered. Good and drinks at the restaurant were delicious (we stayed half board). Views from our hotel room were amazing. The Emirates palace hotel on one side & Qasar Al Watan on the other. The pool & beach area were large with lifeguards. Plenty of sunbeds and food huts with snacks/meals to purchase. After an unpleasant start we ended up having a lovely stay. Would we return - yes we definitely would.

We stayed at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana, and once again, they made our stay truly unforgettable. We chose to stay at the hotel to celebrate my birthday, and what could have been a simple celebration turned into a collection of beautiful memories thanks to the amazing team. From the moment we entered the hotel, we immediately felt welcomed. The bell team and staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to assist. Even though the hotel was quite busy when we arrived and we had to wait a few minutes for our room to be ready, the staff handled everything professionally and made sure we were comfortable. What really touched us was the thoughtful birthday surprise. The hotel sent a birthday cake for me and sweets for my daughter, and seeing how happy she was made the celebration even more special. These little gestures may seem simple, but they truly make a big difference and show how much the hotel values its guests. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary drinks for the whole family while waiting. I honestly didn't expect it, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel even more appreciated. A special mention to Rhollie from the Bell Desk and Julie from the Front Office, who made our check-in smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. We would also like to thank Riza and Adeel from Horizon, Ohid from Recreation, and Jethro from the Gym for their excellent service and for making our stay even more enjoyable. What we love most about Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana is that the service feels genuine. It's not just about the beautiful hotel or the facilities it's the people who make the experience special. Every interaction made us feel valued and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday celebration so memorable. We truly appreciate all the thoughtful touches and wonderful hospitality. Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana never fails to exceed our expectations. We will definitely be back again!

The room is big and clean, beds are comfortable. Faciality is nice and staff is helpful. food and drinks prices in hotel are convenient and great value for services provided. View from rooms towards the sea is good and location is prime. room is quite and enjoayable. TV channels are good range fits for all. You feel cozy at the hotel. I have only few comments to consider that the hotel was not cooling the pool water, the number of seats around pool need to be increased to allow for more seating area, and the parking is very tide, and it take time to take and return car.

Too Much Noise from the Pool I had a pleasant stay; however, one thing was quite disappointing: the noise from the pool area. I completely understand having music by the pool, but this time it was far too loud and could be heard constantly from inside the rooms, making it difficult to relax, take a nap, or simply enjoy some peace and quiet. I stayed at this hotel last year and did not experience this issue. There was music by the pool, but it wasn’t disturbing from the rooms. I really hope the hotel can return to the balance they had before: a nice atmosphere around the pool while keeping the rooms peaceful and quiet.
