Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

Would 1000% recommend Rixos. I have just got back from an extended trip with my family and we cannot fault the hotel one bit, especially considering the circumstances at the moment. In particular the attention and time the staff took with our little girl was incredible. A special mention to Wendel in the courtyard, the staff at Peoples, Maria, Kevin, Karmina, Christine etc. they were absolutely amazing. A special shout out has to go to Romell, our little girls favourite person. His kindness towards our daughter was absolutely phenomenal. We cannot speak highly enough of him. We can’t wait to come back.

This hotel is truly luxurious. From the warm and informative greeting when you first arrive to the many choice of fine food restaurants and other amenities you truly feel well looked after. Added to this, we came just before the war on Iran began. The staff stayed calm, positive and helpful throughout such a difficult time. We would 100% love to come back.

We stayed at Rixos Saadiyat Island from late February / early March. The hotel is stunning, with a beautiful beach and an incredibly clean, immaculate resort throughout. The staff were consistently kind, attentive and eager to help. Pool service was particularly fun and efficient, with waiters serving drinks on roller blades. The food across the hotel was excellent, especially at the Orient restaurant, which was a real highlight. We also loved the DJ set on the beach at sunset, perfect for sundowners. We happened to be staying during the escalation of the Middle East conflict but the hotel handled the situation incredibly well. The staff remained calm and professional, and the level of service never slipped. The hotel, together with the Abu Dhabi authorities, also extended our stay without any fuss when flights were disrupted, which removed a huge amount of stress. Under normal circumstances I would highly recommend this hotel, but given how exceptionally they handled such a challenging situation, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We have just returned from an extended stay at the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. The staff in this hotel are an absolute credit, everyone one of them, always greeting us with a smile even under the stressful situation we were all in during this very worrying time. They went above and beyond and that was so very much appreciated. The hotel still ran like a dream and we felt very well looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful and so clean and well maintained. The food was fabulous and there are a few lovely Alacarte restaurants to choose from as well as the main dining room. The bars were great with a very varied choice of drinks and fantastic service from the wonderful staff. There was great entertainment every evening in the Courtyard which we very much enjoyed. On our last day we had a stressful time due to flights being suspended and the airport closing. The reception staff went out of their way to help us and kept us informed and we eventually got to the airport and that was due to their help. All in all we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and we hope to be back sometime in the future.

A fantastic second stay here, the staff have been amazing nothing is too much trouble especially under such exceptional circumstances. They have gone out of their way to make us feel safe. Also we must mention the UAE government who have paid for our extended stay here. Thank you!! We will definitely return.
