Very nice atmosphere with supportive and joyful staff. cleanliness and decorative design of rooms are amazing. unique beach experience with family, couples and teenager lifestyle of music and water beach activities including waterpark and waves pool. The room with the terrace and sun-beds and sea view have full 360 of the whole resort is like heavens. The value of the stay is very reasonable compared to the peak time of eid vacation and room space, amenities and the all inclusive indulging experience. Saadiyat island resort is the one of the best branches of Rixios in UAE and its beach and water quality and how clear is what stands out. I want to extend special thanks the hotel reception staff ( lyubov) who was accommodating to our family stay needs and request with flexibility and best hospitality manners ever

We stayed at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island for a week and had a fantastic family vacation. The resort is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. They had an absolute blast! The staff were all friendly and helpful, but a special thank you goes to Dona at the Front Desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay extra special and always made sure our family was well taken care of. Her kindness left such an impression on our children that they are already asking if they can see Dona again on our next visit! Thank you, Dona and the entire Rixos team for a wonderful stay. A special mention to Mr. Binoy Francis, the nightshift manager, whose professionalism and dedication made our stay truly enjoyable. He was always present, attentive, and proactive in ensuring that every detail was taken care of. What stood out most was his genuine care for guests and his willingness to go the extra mile whenever needed.
