Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island

The experience was wonderful, we had our anniversary there, and a couple more days. The food - People’s had by far one the best food we’ve had in a while. The service was amazing, Romell and Thathu were gems.

We always come back to Rixos as its the beat family friendly hotel for us and toddler. We have stayed at 3/5 Rixos hotels in the UAE and Rixos Saadiyat is the best of all. We love the newness of the hotel, this being our second visit since 2020 the room was prestine, you could eat from the bathroom even tmi. So appreciative of the quality staff who always accomodated our every need. Thank you Lyubov and Binoy at reception for helping us make anniversary dinner plans and helping me get my watch when l lost it. Thathu at the buffet restaurant always attended to my toddlers needs, sneaking her inn some strawberries at breakfast which she loves as a picky eater. We loved lunch at People’s restaurant specifically because Romell took care of us so well, we remembered him also from our daycation stay, always smiling. We can’t wait to make an excuse to come back already 🥹🚘

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary hotel. We spent three wonderful nights here, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. A special mention must go to the staff — especially Raya, along with everyone we had the pleasure of meeting. They are truly the heart and soul of this place. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about hospitality, they consistently went above and beyond. Whether it was a thoughtful recommendation, a friendly chat in the lobby, or anticipating our needs before we even expressed them, the team delivered a level of service that many hotels aspire to but rarely achieve. Simply exceptional. The food was equally impressive and deserves the highest praise. Breakfast each morning was a delight — fresh, beautifully presented, and of outstanding quality. This standard carried through to every meal, each dish prepared with the care and creativity you would expect from a top-tier restaurant rather than a hotel kitchen. Every dining experience was memorable. Our room was immaculate throughout — elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The kind of space you find yourself looking forward to returning to at the end of the day. The location was the perfect finishing touch, offering stunning surroundings that elevated an already remarkable stay. Three nights felt far too short. Exceptional in every sense — we cannot recommend this place highly enough, and we are already looking forward to returning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would especially like to thank Siddharth from housekeeping. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and dedication truly stood out and made my experience even more comfortable. The hotel overall was clean, well-maintained, and the service was excellent. Thanks to team members like Siddharth, I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.
