Huge thanks to Binoy for the amazing service at the reception. This is truly the best and our most favorite hotel. We absolutely love spending time here with our whole family. Since we live in Dubai, we often come here for weekends, and every single time it feels like we’ve flown somewhere far away for a real vacation. In just two days, you completely reset, relax, and restore your nervous system. Every time we leave, we already look forward to coming back again. The food is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and the rooms are always beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself is so photogenic and has such a special atmosphere. This is a perfect location for a weekend trip. The food if great, staff is very friendly and helpful, location is beautiful and the rooms are clean and nice.
