Citymax Hotel Business Bay

sorry to say, hotel offers great rates, but be prepared for a long wait at check-in. The staff appeared very busy and struggled to keep up with the volume of guests. I also found it difficult to get through to the via phone. I am also a Hotelier i know the feeling The team is clearly working hard but they’re spread pretty thin, so calls and check-ins take a minute. If you aren't in a rush, it's a solid budget stay. And Cleaning of the Rooms is not good enough.

The service, from the housekeeping staff, waiters, restaurant staff, front desk staff, and management, was phenomenal. Everyone was very polite, courteous, smiling, and eager to help. The hotel's location was excellent, the food was excellent, the room was well-appointed, clean, and fresh. It was an incredibly pleasant experience being your guest.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Citymax Business Bay. The location is perfect for exploring Dubai and getting to the main attractions easily. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a nice selection of fresh dishes that made our mornings enjoyable. Overall, great value for money and a hotel we’re happy to recommend.

The hotel is best in the Business bay the staff is pure heart Mr Helmy and Manmeet is best And i will sure come to this hotel only because of th staff thanks to management

The hotel is very good and the staff is Friendly. The hotel needs to work on the towel ( current towels look old and one day there was one towel with stains/unclean). Except this my experience was very good. Well done and good luck
