Sheraton The Walk, Dubai

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was lovely the atmosphere, the service, and especially the staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the team there always made sure guests were well taken care of. A special mention goes to Happy, the security staff member at the lift. She was always cheerful, helpful, and friendly. We had lovely chats every day, and she truly made my stay even more enjoyable. highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly return this is our 3rd visit already

This is a great hotel, especially for families. We travelled with our 4 kids and the room was outstanding. So much space, clean, organised, great location, central to JBR The Beach. In fact it is centre to the famous The Beach sign. Close to The Walk without being too close for noise and car horns. The washing machine in the room was super handy, and the clothes drying rack too. Plenty of laundry powder provided and topped up too. We needed extra coffee and creamer as well as towels, many times, and this was given with no hesitation and no charge. We had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms..wow. Bigger than many homes. Great view of the beach and Ain Dubai. There's a cafe serving Starbucks coffee ☕️ and actual Starbucks just outside. Also has great views of the Dubai Marina if you don't get sea view. A very handy supermarket on site for all your apartment essentials like milk and bottled water. The beds were super comfy, the pillows were nice and firm and the daily service was thorough. There's no direct beach access but a beach kit is given to every guest, everyday and it's literally a 3 minute walk across the road to the public beach ⛱️ Breakfast buffet is good too and they have baristas making fresh lattes, cappuccinos etc to order. Special shout out to Yosra in management for making sure we had a great stay and following up personally with our requests and Haris at concierge for being so helpful and kind. Also like to mention Raj at Breakfast buffet for great service and remembering our 6 coffee orders by day 2. The rooms were well priced for Dubai and the space,even having a separate maids quater with king single bed and separate bathroom. Do not hesitate to book here for a families staying in JBR The Walk.

I had a truly wonderful stay that started with the warm and exceptional welcome from Yusra. She was genuinely one of the best people I have ever met from the first day I arrived at the hotel until my last day. Her hospitality was outstanding, and she always made sure I was comfortable, reassuring me not to hesitate if I needed anything. Everything I needed was taken care of thanks to her support. I would also like to thank all the staff in general everyone was respectful, friendly, and welcoming. My stay was extremely comfortable, and it will definitely not be my last. Sheraton The Walk will always be my first choice whenever I visit Dubai. Special thanks once again to Yusra 🤍🤍🤍

Haven't visited this hotel but considering booking a holiday trying to find out what is included in all inclusive where you can eat and drink as tui seems to show everythingg has a sure charge

We had a confirmed and fully paid booking for a three-bedroom apartment at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, booked directly through the hotel. This was meant to be a New Year’s Eve family celebration. Upon arrival on December 31, we were shockingly informed that the three-bedroom apartment was no longer available. No prior notice. No warning. No explanation that justified the inconvenience. Instead, we were offered: A two-bedroom apartment, and A separate single room This setup completely defeated the purpose of booking a family apartment and was far from acceptable, especially considering: The booking was confirmed The stay was fully paid The date was New Year’s Eve, a peak and meaningful occasion The handling of the situation lacked professionalism and empathy. There was no proactive solution, no proper compensation, and no accountability. For a global brand like Sheraton, this experience was well below expectations. Guests should not suffer the consequences of internal mismanagement or overbooking. I would strongly advise future guests to double-check room guarantees, especially during peak seasons.
