Sheraton The Walk, Dubai

We had a great time spending here as the location was good for both JBR and Marina. It is near to the beach and a varieties of restaurants around. And the best part, it was the amazing service from the Reception, Ms. Rachel whose very accommodating and Ms. Aisha, lastly to Ms. Lagziri whose so bubly and friendly, ensuring we are all happy with our breakfast and of course with our stay.

We have just returned from another lovely stay at Sheraton The Walk — our third visit, and once again we had a wonderful holiday. We did have a small issue with our room on arrival, as the room initially allocated was not the room type we had booked. However, after speaking with the team this was resolved, and once settled in we had a fantastic stay. What really makes this hotel special for us is the staff. It was so lovely to see familiar faces again, and to be remembered from our previous visits. A special thank you to Zakir at Speakeasy, who was always so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, Shaaban at breakfast for the lovely birthday cake and kindness shown to us, and Happy from security who was consistently helpful and greeted us with a smile every day. The marina views from our balcony were beautiful, the location is perfect for both JBR and the Marina, and despite the Dubai heat feeling like we were holidaying on the actual sun at times 🔥😅 we still had an amazing trip. Thank you again to all the team for another memorable stay — we look forward to returning again in the future.

Stayed at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort and overall it’s a very solid hotel in one of the best locations in Dubai. Check-in was smooth and efficient. I actually booked a regular room but got upgraded to a 4-bedroom suite, which was an amazing surprise and really appreciated. The location is perfect, right by JBR with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need within walking distance. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at reception and in public areas. However, I felt housekeeping could be a bit more welcoming and consistent in guest interaction. The suite was extremely spacious and comfortable, which made the stay very relaxing. That said, the rooms are a bit dated and could use some renovation, but the amazing view of JBR helped balance that out. Amenities are good, with a nice pool and well-equipped gym. Breakfast was excellent, especially with lounge access, and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, I’d rate this hotel 4/5. Great location, good value, and a memorable stay, but some improvements in room updates and service consistency would make it even better.

A Warm Welcome and a Great First Stay We came to Sheraton The Walk Dubai for the first time for 2 nights stay , and from the very first moment, it felt special. A big part of that was Ihssane, the Guest Relations Manager. Her warm smile, genuine kindness, and professional approach made us feel like true VIP guests. The welcome drinks while waiting for check-in were such a lovely touch and set the tone for the entire experience. What really stood out was how she took everything to the next level—especially the personal escort to the room. It wasn’t just about showing us the room, it felt like she truly wanted us to feel at home. This was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Please look after her—she is a real asset to your team and makes a difference that guests will always remember.

From the moment we arrived, my friend and I felt genuinely welcomed. We came to dine and stay, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special mention and big thank goes to the Guest Relations Manager ihssane, whose professionalism and warmth truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, bringing joy and a personal touch that made our stay unforgettable. Her kindness and enthusiasm made us more than happy we loved herrrrrrr soooo muuuccchhhhhhhh ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and thoughtful. She is a true asset to the team, and one of the main reasons we would happily return. Highly recommended!
