Sheraton The Walk, Dubai

Currently here for a babymoon with my partner and couldnt wait to write my review. The staff have been above and beyond. Room is cleaned and very nice with the loveliest welcome. Breakfast is fab. Reception staff have been really helpful with check-in, helping us receive lost luggage and general day to day friendliness. I love it here! Dont want to leave! Also so so close to the beach and jbr the walk (very important for pregnant ladies!). Thank you Sheraton!

Lovely hotel, very clean. We stayed in room 1614 we couldn’t fault it. The room was kept spotlessly clean for the time we stayed there. The staff were excellent throughout the hotel. The food was good but we thought it got a bit repetitive throughout the week. We were all inclusive, we also found the drinks menu didn’t have much variety, only offering two types of beer, a few cocktails and wine. More choices would have been good. The pool was nice but a bit small and it was shaded by 1pm each day. However the staff especially the lifeguards were so helpful and polite. The hotel is well situated five minutes walk to the beach and marina. Overall we had a lovely stay in this hotel and with a bit more variety on there all inclusive it could have been perfect.

Location perfect, rooms & beds massive, Starbucks onsite, pool decent size for a quick dip or relaxing by the pool, bar also at the pool.

Stayed at Sheraton the Walk for the WHX show. Horrible experience. As an Ambassador Elite, I would expect a certain level of respect and this Hotel could not care less about my loyalty over many years. They gave us a room on the second floor with no view. The room looked so old, poorly maintained and the big mirror was literally rotted. The first time I went to the restroom, it leaked all over, so it had not been maintained. Called Engineering and they took 30 plus minutes to dismantle something and repair. Awful. The housekeeper was very good. The receptionist was rude and matter of fact, and told us breakfast the first day is to be paid. Just abrupt, lack of gratitude for someone who has booked and stayed at the Marriott 365 days of the year. The only poor experience we have had in a long, long time. Will not recommend it for Business people at all. Terrible. Lounge is tiny, but the Indian lady was very good. Reception seems like an extension of the parking.

My family of three stayed at Sheraton, the Walk, for nearly 2 weeks, while healing from surgery. This hotel was fantastic. Every employee whom we encountered went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We were upgraded to a beautiful apartment, were loaned a wheelchair, and the chef made gluten free food for our son. The hotel is in a very fun area, and we enjoyed evening strolls along the waterfront. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet, as well as the restaurants, Fogueira and Jones the Grocer. I strongly recommend this hotel.
