Towers Rotana

Fabulous location metro just opposite.Rotana delivered everything we required at a 5* service. We were all inclusive couldn't fault anything so much delicious food choices. A special thanks to Dave pool bar impeccable service. Mustifen Ryan main food hall wonderful service. Reception and tour booking lady absolutely fantastic. I wish I could name everyone. Wonderful hotel wonderful staff . We were offered a upgrade room just wonderful and kept cleaned to a high standard so again thank you. This made kevs 60th birthday a wonderful experience and a lovely touch cake and fruit for his celebration put in the room. Once again thank you for making our stay in Dubai perfect ❤️ we will definitely be back Paula & Kev. Kevin will miss his coffees with a side whiskey. You are all just amazing

Great experience with Rotana Tower Hotel. Walking distance to Future Museum in Financial Center of the City. Very close to the Metro station and to Dubai Mall/Burj Kalifa. Cleaning was made every day, the double room had a stunning view, personell polite and helpful everytime. Muhammed from reception was so generous and made an upgrade to our room, giving the best experience possible for us. Breakfast was ok, fresh, many options to choose from, but with some waiting time if you go after 9:00. The pool was in a different building (outside walking in slipers) and not that heated but pleasant for a sunbath and open from 10 to 6 even if online says 10pm. Anyway, in winter period after 6pm it is too cold to stay at the pool. We recommend the hotel and we would stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Towers Rotana. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and the staff is always kind and professional. We would especially like to thank Mr. Saurov, who took care of cleaning our room every day. Traveling with a one-year-old child means the room was often quite messy, but he was always patient, efficient, and very kind. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your service and hospitality.
